The PSV game was a wake up call for the milan players plus they will be very motivated that they advanced to the Final so Milan will have a good game against Juventus and surely win

will maldini be fit? hopefully also i think we should go back to the 4 3 1 2 formation but with ambrosini (he has done very well the last few games he has palyed) starting instead of seedorf (who was hopeless last night, being dropped will wake him up)

we have to beat juve and then the boys should get some rest... we must start a new winning streak starting sunday! 5 more games left and its over!!!

I have some doubts about our form, Juve are consentrating on this match from Monaday while we from today and after a semi final. Physically its useless to hide we're not we used to be. I just hope that we relaxed vs PSV and Fiorentina cuz I'm waiting for a good reply from our guys.
As a result I don't want a draw. Better a win or a loss so that we can concentate on the CL final.

Iv checked Liverpools fixtures and their last game in the premiership is a whole ten days before the CL final. As usual the lack of organisation in Seria A leaves Milan with 3 games in that week. What a total joke. While Liverpool will be fresh and probably preparing in Istanbul, we will be playing Palermo!!
We need to beat Juve and risk losing the points against Palermo by resting the whole team. That would of course leave it to the final day with a tough game against Udinese. Hopefully as European Champions we can beat them.

I would prefer a playoff with Juve than not completely resting our players and risk losing against Liverpool. But for all that to happen we need to beat Juve!! It would be an extra bonus if they dropped any other points

Milan captain Paolo Maldini is confident he will be fit enough to face Juventus on Sunday afternoon.

Doubts over his physical condition emerged last night after he was accidentally kicked in the head during the 3-1 loss at PSV Eindhoven.

He was substituted in the game at half-time but he’s today eased fears that he may miss the Scudetto showdown at he weekend.

"I’m feeling good," he said on Thursday. "I’m only feeling a little discomfort and therefore I think I’ll play against Juve."

A number of journalists joked with the legend, asking whether the knock to his head had affected his memory.

"How many Champions’ League Finals will I now play in? Seven," he replied after Wednesday’s away goals victory at Eindhoven.

Meanwhile, Vice-president Adriano Galliani insists his club are the best team on the continent despite only just getting through to face Liverpool.

"We’re the best in Europe," he said, quickly archiving the PSV fright. "We are champions of Italy and fighting to regain that title.

"Milan are also in their second Champions’ League Final in three years, the tenth in our history, the seventh of the Berlusconi era."

Galliani is also looking forward to the Juventus game with optimism. "I’m not worried about the fitness of our players," he concluded.

Actually Liverpool's EPL campaign is pretty much over even as we speak - they hardly have a chance to get to that 4th place.
But still, in other championships games would be rescheduled if it turns out that one of the teams has a CL final to play only several days after a domestic league game. Anywhere else but Italy.

Of course players are tired, but I hope they will improve and everything will OK!!! I read in Goal.com that Maldini Will play! Thanx God!!!!!! Milan will show his pride!!!!!

its a slim chance but they have to keep going for it as winning the CL wouldnt guarentee them a place next season, the Premier League are likely to back Evertons claim.

It's apsolutely sure that juve will not loose any points from the last 3 games after milan. Be sure of it. So we really need to beat them. Milan is very tired, it was clear in Eindhoven but we need to relax and prepare some good tactics for sunday. Ancelotti really disgraced italian football with his defencive lineup, we dident even play for counter attack!!! That was **** !! If we are to beat juve we'll need a great seedorf and another deadly striker ( not just sheva ).
Juve are fit and well prepared, capello is a master for these kind of games, they will sit back most of the time but could also start with strong pressing in the modfield due to tiredess of milans midfield. So we need a good possesion and specially brilliant seedort and pirlo with kaka opening himself on the flanks ( attacking pessoto). If we score a first half goal we'll win it. if we draw the game we are faaaar away from scudetto. Lets hope for the best....

look i love capello alot, he my favorite all time coach, but tell me, if he was a master of these types of games then where was he when we beat the crap outta roma in the olimpico last season? ... the boys know that they should give it 1 more push and after the juve game theyde feel alot better physically because they would now have 1 week between each game and not 2-3 days like the past 2 months!

I am positive that this time around it will be Milan who will deploy the "keep it tight and wait for the killer blow" tactics Juve and Inter are so famous for. I doubt we have the energy and freshness necessary for our usual game of total dominance on the field, not after a difficult game on Wednesday.
