I'd never sell serginho..he's such a good sub. Players like that are so rare, that are willing to play less to stay with a strong team and not ***** about their playing time.

I agree, there is no harm in keeping him, especially when he proves him self to be useful. Besides theres always the derby

nah we didn't he is a shy guy, but has potential (kompany)
he is great with the ball!!

but when he is in contact with girls he always gets all the attention, it is sad :p (i already have a girlfriend)

finally some1, what must we do in 2years, 9 out of 10 are then 30, and then we need to rebuilt whole sqquad

buying young players is one thing, buying immature kids, who still have years of learning to do until they can compete for spot in Milan's 11 is a totally different thing.
I am sure everyone is aware that earlier or later certain players even Maldini and Sheva, will have to go and younger ones will come in for them but it is very dangerous to start replacing the outgoing players with kids - because this is what Kompany still is - without much experience on the big scene. Yeah, I am aware that VK has some games in the CL but, as someone here mentioned, whenever he messes things up in Anderlecht, they forgive him for he is so young. Well, Milan is not an elementary school where children are thought the basics of football but a university and when somebody comes here with the intention to actually stay, then that somebody had better already learned his stuff, and learned it more than just well.

yeah he needs some expierence ok, but there is nesta and sheva, the older 1's who can teach them

milan could buy them. and let them play 30min a game, for expierence, and with the training programm of milan io am sure they will develop in great players. so actually we train them ourselves for 1 year, and milan has a great player and if u buy them now, they are cheaper.

when u buy them at age 27==> can't teach them anything more,
they say at age 27 you reach your highest level.

so we need to put time in them but also we need to have confidence in them.

look at barca: the *******s 'bought' an 9year old player of the boca juniors
he is a ****ing god on the field. he is really good, and barca just talked to his parents and yeah he came to barca

boca juniors were ****ing pissed about that, it was leem of them.

but now they secured there future by having such great player, only 9 and already to good to be true


milan could do this 2, buy freddy adu, kompany, diego, robinho,


btw look at ajax, they only play with youth, and look were they have ended==> they almost kicked out of the champions league.
it is not only expierence, u should give them the chance by letting them play on the highest level.
it is just the matter, our scouts don't work good. they must c a potential in it. but then they are scared to put little money on the table while they would offer more then 40million€ for ronaldo, omg, buy good players, not a player who has reached his highest level, and now is chilling.

Please don't compare Ajax with Milan or any other team when it comes to youth teams - the Dutch are in a league of their own - it is a question of phylosophy, after all.
Buy freddy adu, kompany, diego, robinho - well these would cost us close to 70 mil euros to get them all, and each one of them would be way too expensive for the unproven players they are. Each one of these players are at the point of being considered great talents for the future and this is what raises their price IMMENSELY, however, paying that price based on their current achievements is totally unwarrented and very risky for, most of the time, great talents never make it into great players.
All in all, buying young players at the age of 22-23, when they are close to becoming more or less accomplished players, is far less risky business than buying young and talanted kids like Adu, Kompany, and many others, who MAYBE one day will meet all those enourmous expectations for stardom.
The major problem with buying young talents today is that the clubs they come from price them at RIDICULOUS levels for the unproven players they are. These days, a young and talanted player is worth as much, and even more, than an already developed player at 25-28 yo, and clubs prefer to get the most NOW, often for even less money, than pay more for a player who MAYBE one day will start paying dividents back and this is only if the hypothetical assumption that he will become a great player does turn out to be true, after all.
Years ago, young talents were much cheaper than in the present and investing in them was worth the risk that they may never make into that particular team, but now, most of the time, it is just too much money for way too many IFs, and investments become far too risky.
As for Barca's new wonder kid, don't worry, with him being called a star now at the tender age of 9 with puberty still being in his future, chances are we will never hear his name again and that would be the end of yet another young player who became a legend before he was one. This kid is way too young to be worth even discussing his transfer and still has 10 years in fron of him to reach the level of even being called a young, talanted player - for now and the next 7-8 years he would be just a kid with potential.

the keepers kickt out, he controlled the ball and shot in the upper corner

he is good, but yeah like he says youth expensive, could b

robinhio maybe 20mill€

we bought kaka for what 10mill€, it is notheng what he is worthe now

porto bought diego for i think 15mill€
and he had bag season==> maybe 20€mill

man ac is top club, last season they didn't bought at all, where does all the money goes to, they only sign people, they don't buy them
dhorasoo we buy, he sucks hard, now he maybe leaving


buy evra, he is young and good back, we need that 2, if i read the threats.
he played lot with monaco, and champions league


this is my opinion, i hear many people say: oh milan bought another 30year old player
so we can only enjoy em for max 2years.
it is the hard truth, i love milan

what makes u so sure 30 year old only have 2 years in them??? ... look at maldini even at 37 hes still the worlds best defender, what about cafu??? 35 worlds best RB, dida 31 i think and worlds best goalkeeper.... name me 1 player whos around 18-20 years old and is the best in the world in his position ... none!!!
