Andy Christ is an unknown quantity at this point
Trap was hopeless. Italy had no stability and tactical organization during his time. Lippi can't be worse than him.

Too early to decide....let Lippi be behind the bench during a competition then we can judge. Lippi is sticking by his original plan of giving everyone a fair shot however it remains to be seen whether the USUAL SUSPECTS i.e. Del Piero will get a call up regardless of form or consistency.

yeah but honestly del piero based on his current form deserves a place in the WC, id tak him if i were coach, with lippi italy seem to have a chance at winning it, with trap there was absolutely no chance at all

The thing I don't like with the Italian Squad is that there are lots of players getting a go in the friendlies.

Should it be now that he plays the same players on the field so the players can get use to playing together.

Well lets see:

Trap left Gilardino at home, even though he was banging in goals left right and centre

Trap left one of the players of the season Cassano on the bench until Totti was banned. After that Cassano became Italys best player in that cup.

Trap preferred christiano Zanetti and Perotta over Pirlo and Rino

Lippi is a million times better than Trap

Del Piero may be playing well, but who honestly believes he will perform in the world cup?

If I had to pick one from the two, I would probably opt for Lippi instead of Trap
