Playing a christmas formation will never happen. If pippo can't make it i m pretty sure Gila will take his place. This is the time for him to break his duck and show to the world he will be the next rising star in the world cup.

It would seem that it is a matter if Gila can read off of Sheva inthe same manner Pippo can. Sheva is more an all around player who just happens to be a good striker whereas Pippo and Gila's expertise is to capitalize on the open goals and loose balls. Cherry Pickers is what I call them. I really think if Pippo is not available, something tells me it will be Gila's time to come through for us. I'd like Barca to leave the San Siro with their mouths wide open saying WTF happen??!!!

i think it will be a mistake not to play 2 strikers if pippo isnt available, i think he should definatly be starting, but if he cant then gila definatly should, from the inter match he really looked pumped up and really wanted to contribute despite the diving, he can give barcas defence some problems... we should go out there on tuesday so fired up and come out with a 3-0 win hopefully... just finish it off before they have the chance to do anything

This isnt good news at all. I hope the Pippo will recover in time, he is SO SO SO important. Especially for a team like Barca who dont have a perfect defence and goalkeeper. This is his type of game, to pounce on errors and rebounds. I pray he gets back on time.

If he doesnt, I dont see any other solution than the xmas tree formation. Gila simply isnt good enough yet, to start a CL semi against Barca.

I am sure that Milan can score goals. Valdes is also clumsy keeper (maybe like dida in bad form )and caused few goals this few years back.I havent heard he perform a perfect save in a big occation..milan playing cross from side with Cafu or Serginho will be perfect. just that gila maybe need more practive with header ..(after miss the cafu cross in inter match,hehe)

well, come to think of it, I would rather have Milan play Belinzona rather than Villarreal but ...

We have high expectation but we should be prepared for anything! Its going to be hard to contain their attackers coz of their speed! so we might just get a surprise at home! be prepared

If we play CAfu-Maldini on the flanks it will be difficult to control Ronaldinho-Guly. I think we need Serginho.

And, just to let you know...I dreamed we won 3-0!! destroying Barca like we did against Juve, only Barca didnt score. Sheva,seedorf and nesta scored.

I think that our midfield will play key role during the game.Gattuso,Seedorf and Pirlo must give 100%.We must crush them in midfield, al their actions come from midfield Etto and Larsson/Ezquerro score goals from Ronaldinho,Deco perfect passes, so i think that we must cut them off in midfield.I think that Pirlo must be on his best because he must:act like 5 defender sometimes,make pressure on their player,make passes that create goal opportunities(be a playmaker).With his recent form im not sure he can do it.
P.S:i have a feeling that Seedorf will score, its about time for him to be rewarded for his hard work

I have a creepy feeling it will be an end of an era for this Milan, I hope I am wrong, but this squad seems to give its final breath in San Siro or later in Nou Camp.

Pippo is out, stam is in.... dida-serginho-kaladze-nesta-stam-pirlo-gattuso-seedorf-kaka-sheva-gila. I agree, seedorf-gattuso-pirlo need to play as they did against Juve, same tempo and power.
