AC Milan vs. Barca (1/2 CL, 1st leg)

Firstly, congrats to Barca on their win.

They WERE NOT the better side. In fact, I have no qualms with saying we were better.

However, what bothers me is the referee!! This guy was terrible. I respect the side playing as well as it did, seeing as a player within a metre of a Barca player seemed to get a foul called against him. I also remember a couple of offsides incorrectly called, but that bothers me less than the officials overall.

In the end, we're definately under pressure, but I still believe and have faith in the side. This match IS NOT over, we above all know this better than anyone.

All I have to say is that next week, we go Nou Camp and show Barca who the best in Europe is. Today we could have had at least 3 goals, and I think in Barca we can get more. Hopefully Pippo might be back then too, and that will not only add that huge goal threat, but will be a major boost!

What is there to possibly blame Dida about? Name one other goalkeeper in the world who would have stopped that shot unless he was incredibly lucky! Dida was very sure-handed today, he made no mistakes. Giuly's goal was not a Dida mistake but simply an unstoppable strike.

Another thing, Barcelona, is not the beast every one thinks, thats what we saw tonight, have Milan had a different transfer policy, not necessarily the Billions policy of teams like Real or Barca or Chelsea, we can any tournament, there is a hell of professionalism and mentality in Milan that no other team would rival.

I disagree. Maldini in so that Serginho goes up. Gattuso is missing almost EVERY SINGLE PASS after Barca scored. A result of lax.

But yes I agree. Barcelon is no where a beast everyone thinks. They did try scoring in the first half but to no avail. Milan held them very well defensively.

I hate God, for being so unfair to Milan all these years. They deserve a trophy than any other team.

Dida didnt do mistake's guly's goal was very good ronaldinho was good but as we say today he can be stoped easily. barca's defence was good but how the hell did valdes stoped maldini's and sheva's headers.

HEy, it was 0-3 in favor of Dynamo at Nou Camp at the hlf time, all Sheva's !
0-4 eventually with Sheva stealing and Rebrov scoring at the end!
However, there was also 3-0 drubbing of Barca in Kiev (both at group stage)

Gilardino?!? What?!? I really don't get this... Gilardino is a great player who always gives his everything for the team. Unfortunately he hasn't scored in the CL yet, but it will surely come. He is still young, and I'm very happy that he plays FOR us and not AGAINST us!

Remember, it's his first season at a really big club and he came with a huge price on his head. He has done quite well already, and he will get even better.

we r not just blaming him for the goal he conceded but the show he out up! we expect the best outta him coz of performances last year and this year including this game he has done a bad job yeah A VERY BAD JOB! we can't keep waiting for him to get his form back, coz all those small mistakes that he makes heaps the pressure on him and the team!

I hightly respect him for what he has done in the past but if he is committed to the club, he should understand his mistakes and work on them! after today he will feel more terrorised and his form will go down further! we just have to win at nou camp coz we deserve to be in the final! and if dida continues like this then no ucl nor scudetto! inter will have coppa italia and juve with the league!

i think we shud give inportance to the messina game! thats the best we can do! at such closing stages all the teams look at each others performances! juve, inter and other teams we have to face will feel good abt our loss and will come stronger!
