Dude I bet you are more happy that you wouldn't have to face Milan in UCL because we really know how to beat you. Anyway enjoy UCL and earn some name in Europe instead of getting knocked by new comers and teach your cry-babies (Adriano) to grow up. Good luck!

-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-

The question is why are we expecting a berth in the UEFA cup?

Everybody knows about our great feats achieved in the the UCL including the FIGC and blah blah. Then why would the federation wouldn't want Milan to represent Italy in the best club competition? Simply because UEFA doesn't want tainted clubs to be in it! So I project that in a few days Empoli would be granted permission to play its home matches in Fiorentina's stadium.

The only way to redeem the fans would be by winning the Italian double next year, that is, of course only possible if Inter maintain last year's standard (which I really think they will).

Forza Milan.

Now on topic :
If someone is more familiar with how things will go now, he/she can maybe explain this to me...
.... The sportive court said that Juve and Milan are guilty right ? So, now both teams will appeal, and i wonder if they'll stay guilty no matter what and the higher court can only make their punishment lighter , or now they can even be proclaimed not guilty (can this happen in theory is my question...i know they won't be really proclaimed not guilty )????

Thanx !

Sigh... I'm going to try one last time Jeff. Your getting warm in what you have written above. Only I'm not talking about this in matters of "italian" culture, politics, etc, etc. This kind of thing as we are seeing with CalcioPoli has happen before in history. I'm not talking within the context of Calcio. Do you know your history? If you do, put it in the context of the French Revolution and what followed close thereafter... The Reign of Terror.
At the turn of the 18th Cent, the people of France in order to find what they thought was justice, participated in a revolution that toppled their King Louis XVI. All this in the name of justice. High men such as Marat, Danton, and Robespierre incited and fomented a dangerous precedent. Those that stormed the Bastille had no idea what they were in for. They started a fire that in the end got them BURNED as well.

As said earlier in this thread....http://www.milanmania.com/forums/sho...postcount=1414

Now if you are naive yet still, let me impress upon you again that Milan fan number 1... Berlu was as I believe one of those who set upon a dangerous course that got him and his Milan burned. As a media magnate, he is responsible in some way of inciting and fomenting the public opinion of CalcioPoli. And we as fans stormed the Bastille with him. We all wanted to see Juve hang and were oblivious of the ramifications. Again I knew where and how this would end up. I used this historical phenoma as a prologue and context to what was to come and what has already come. Getting my point yet Jeff? Even the innocent who wanted justice and who started this all got hanged like those participants in the French Revolution.

Are you getting this FINALLY??

I having nothing against us playing against you in the CL.
And why don't you want to play in a UEFA championship, as far as Galliani is saying Empoli is incapable of playing in UEFA and you as the 11th placed team have the right to play instead, why not play in a European championship? It will be hard to win the scudetto with -15 points so this could be a way for Milan to turn their season up a notch

It won't be easy to win the scuddeto, but have you checked how many points more than Inter we had last season?

I think Scudetto will be hard. 3rd or 4th place is very achievable.

THe thing is this, if I am an INter fan, I would hope Milan gets to play Europe League.
Since that is the only way, Inter will have a little chance in winning.

Trust me, Milan will win the League while making HISTORY

I am pretty sure we will make 3rd or 4th place. Chievo and Palermo don't have the quality especially if we are pushing. we only need to win three game that they don't and beat them home and away.

Thumbs up

For GavinMilan just want to say that: I work as a radio producer in a sport radio in Greece, another producer said to me a long ago before the verdict, Juve, Milan will be regalated, Giorgos which is your team in Italy Roma? I respond the one that have inter as a costumer, which he said AC Milan i said, he is Inter and he tried to make fun of me

If Sheva were with us we had a lot of chances to win Seri A now we can get the CL place by sure, as far as the Milano who will score this season against Inter and how much 6???? or more?

karim..
trust me.. i rate Roma higher than Inter..
If they can get their internal matters solved..
they are likely to get the title.. Inter will just
take their traditional place as a BridesMaid...

Inter to be champions, there cannot be AC MIlan, Juve, Fiorentina, Lazio... maybe even Parma i reckon.. they are just too damn inconsistent.. but its ok.. they are still
the *smaller* brother in Milan.. people will understand..

Of course we do, Milan are traditionally a side that never gives up and keeps going until the very end. Even in the trial we are clearly not backing down from anyone and on the pitch next season we will give all we have to at least get CL and go for Lo Scudetto. That's something Milan has always had and there is no way that in the future this value will be lost. To lose hope, belief and confidence would be to lose an essence of Milan itself, which won't happen any time soon. Next season, we aim for the top and we will reach the top, that is what we think.

I have not been on for some time as i have been busy, but what i can say is that im soo angry at the situation, i dont mind taking points from us but to take us out of the champ league is taking the piss, i dont know what uefa is going to achieve.

anyway im sorry if the following has been posted before:

Azzurri star Gennaro Gattuso’s future is in doubt again, after his agent admitted that the Rossoneri midfielder had not yet committed to Milan.

Gattuso had declared last week that he would stay at the San Siro regardless of the Calciopoli verdict stating: “I am certain that I will be at Milan next season and play for them in Serie A.”

However, after Friday’s sentence denied the Diavoli a place in next season’s Champions League, Ringhio appears to be having second thoughts.

“I’m going to sit down with Gennaro now in order to discuss the implications of what has happened,” Gattuso’s agent Andrea D’Amico stated. “Only after an in-depth chat can we decide what will be best for the future.”

There is some good news for the Milan faithful as ex-Parma hit man Alberto Gilardino and Brazilian prodigy Kaka’ have confirmed that they will stay with the club.

I really dont understand, its just 1 champions league, what is trhe big deal?
