Gazzetta is very reliable.

I use that primarily. I find Tgcom to be sort of tabloidish.

Palazzi was always going to try and get a heavier punishment. If Milan's involvement is as marginal as we have been led to believe then they should not get any worse punishment.

If, however, it is more then they should be punished.

I have a good feeling everything will be ok.

Yeah, I'm worried too. I think the sentence against us proves that we're not being treated fairly anyway, so we should just have taken what we got. It's definitely better than relegation.

Instead I see us making fools of ourselves by appealing the sentence and getting relegated.

Guido Rossi the Chief Commissioner of FIGC was an Inter Director or at least in the Inter Management. Maybe...just maybe.....Palazzi is also one of Inter scumb behind Moratti's "dirty smile" ??

We have Demetrio Albertini in the FIGC which may "interfere" a little bit if they are going to "repunished" us with a heavier sentence...who knows??

So, rather than guessing we'd better wait till Monday to exactly know what happen...
My personal prediction is that Milan will have only -6 or -9 at the least and not being relegated to Serie B instead......Remember that Mediaset (who own this company... ) could "play" a game too on the TV broadcasting contract....Do the Governement dare enough to loose tax and income from this Calcio Industry which is one of the biggest income for them???

Yes there is a chance of facing a heavier punishment when you appeal but prosecutor Palazzi is pushing for that anyway.

So even if we did not appeal we would have faced the possibility of relegation.

Also this is a federal court...so I doubt it is a case of Interistas handing down punishments.

I personally think the punishments will be confirmed with minor adjustments in our favour. Maybe -9 instead of -15.

One fantastic piece of news today is that the big clubs can no longer hog TV rights starting 2007. TV rights in Italy will be sold collectively. All this is a great thing for Italian football. I am very optimistic.

If Milan got relegated then Kaka might leave..that's for sure...give more cash to the club..
One thing is for sure..if Milan got relegated then Serie B would be much more interesting to be watched than Serie A. I don't think this would be a possible final verdict by Corte Federale. Increasing the last year points deduction is the most possible final verdict to stopping Milan laying in Europe!! I don't know why is this point so crucial for FIGC to stopping a "strong team" competing and representing Italy in Europe???
This make me more suspicious that Inter is the "mastermind" behind all this scandal..they want Milan not playing both in Serie A and Europe too so that they are the strongest side of Italian representatives amongst Roma, Chievo and Palermo.

So, I just expecting that they will increase last season's points deduction which is not so important but reduce the next season's point deduction from -15 to -9 or -6 would be much even better, so that we can show Inter and Roma that Milan is Milan and we are always better in classification than Inter !!!!

wow, that doesn't sound to good. I can't believe they're actually considering relegating us. Hopefully if we don't get relegated, I wouldn't mind seeing kaka being sold to Real for 48 million. Can you imagine what kind of shopping we could do with the 48 million plus the 30 some from Shevchenko, and the unreported amount we received for Stam!! Total, it should be a good 85 million!! We could finally find a solution for our aging defense, and our lack of a star forward. Unfortunately, I'm not a real fan of Gilardino and his abilities. I'm not sure he's ready for a big club like Milan.

Well firstly....according to the so called insider....milan wont be relegated but will loose out on the uefa cup slot. Well that idiotic prosecutor has some Inter ties along with Rossi and is known to be an inter fan. Well we all saw what happened in the first trial when even an inter influenced trial failed to send milan down.....now that the trial will be conducted by a different set of judges...im a lil more optimistic. Well im sure milan have the best lawyers in the world and wouldnt have made an appeal if they knew there were a strong chance of us going down to B ....but i think they strongly believe they have a case so lets not get all pessimistic.

As for Kaka...we shouldnt sell him if we stay up. Hell yeah it is a lot of money....but it also sends a bad signal to the rest of the squad and other clubs around the world. We all saw how other clubs reactored when Milan sold Sheva....within the next couple of weeks thr were bids made for players like Nesta, Rino and co.....Players like Kaka have also been linked with a move away.....The rumours became stronger as soon as we sold sheva because we seem to have send the wrong signal to other clubs by giving them a picture that we are a selling club+ even the current players would be unhappy because it clearly shows a lack of ambition from the management by selling 2 of our best attacking players.

Hell yeah it is a lot of money but the fact that we have sold our best attacking players+ the current serie a scandal+ lack of champions league football next season will be a major turn off for players wanting to sign for us. I dont think we will be able to get some quality players because of this and this season could be a real disaster. Lets hope for the best from the appeal case and lets hang on to the players we have and make a couple of good signings to replace sheva and stam.

Oh we didnt get any money from Stam and if we dont make it to the cl...the money we made from the Sheva deal would be lost if we dont make it to the cl. I heard we could loose up to 30-50 million from tv rights, revenues, gate collection, sponsorship, etc.

LOL! Dude I'm only 32 yrs old. Now if that IS old,...????....

Honestly Giorgos as far as a "reliable" newsource concerning this or anything big going on in this world, I'm sorry to disappoint you. None in my opinion is reliable. What I would do is try and read a number of news sources. Most will say the same thing. Boring of course. Try to find ones with different opinion editorials. Somewhere in between the conflicting stories/opinions is where you may find some truth to any particular news event.
