No, he played only for Slavia Sofia in Bulgaria, he was too expensive for Levski Sofia or CSKA Sofia. Last year Slavia loaned him to Alaves, his debut was on "Camp Nou" vs Barcelona

btw, it seems that Nesta, Kakha, and Maldini will be absent from the first game, if it is played at all, while cafu will most probably be in Brazil for persona reason and will miss the game too.
In tomorrow's friendly, Carlo will play with Brocchi at RB and Favalli as CB along Costacurta, most probably.

IMO we will play with Red Star! I heard it`s though challenge but IMO Milan is Milan and we can overome it! I hope UEFA will alow us play in UCL!!

What do u mean the players will be missing for the 1st cl game or the game vs lecco

Bonera will miss the first clash because he is carryin' over a one game European ban...

both games. The game vs lecco will be, in Carlo's words - "a test for the team that will play the 1st qualifier".
Nesta was injured during the WC and even if he's recovered, he probably isn't fit enough to play. Same goes for Paolo - still recovering from that injury at the end of last season. kakha is probably injured. Bonera, as mentioned, is suspended for the 1st game. So, all we are left with is Favalli and Billy for CDs, Simic at RB and Sergio at left.

So is this match the 3d qualifying round of the CL, and are we officially in it? Or is this just speculation if we get into the CL? I have so much catching up to do.

Uefa will announce tomorrow at 2pm Italian time wether or not we will be allowed into the CL or not.

Plus Serie A has been delayed and that doesn't start until something like the 27th of September. It's on the channel 4 site

uefa will make a decision tomorrow if Milan will play the qualifying round or not!
