I need some help ... not literally, although some of you may think that

What is the Italian word of "Welcome" ?

Is it Benvenuto, Benvenuti or Bienvenuto?

I've found all three and i'm confused as to which is the correct word. Can someone offer some advice ?

I think ...benvenuto....

Beinvenuto is a mix I think of French and Italian to throw you off?? Maybe????

One of my goals in life is to learn Italian. But im not too sure which to learn first, Italian or Spanish? Friends & family tell me spanish because its much more global than Italian. What do u guys think?

looking at the number of people that speak Spanish yes, but both languages are latin so once you pick up one, the other ones comes easily...

I assume you speak Arabic as your main language, and your English is very good, don't know if you speak more languages, but after the second one, all others are less and less complicated...

The best way to learn Italian, is to go to Italy for a year or so. I know many people who tried learning in North America by taking classes and other such things, and I'm not saying it can't be done, but its harder to do that way because you learn in class, but then you come home and speak english to everyone else you see. Its hard to actually put the language to practice.

But yah Spanish is more widely used than Italian, so if that is your concern, you're better off learning spanish

Immenso meaning Immense and Amore meaning Love

basically it means "A Strong Love" or "An Immense Love"

Yeah Spanish is more widely used. But it can also depend on your location or job if you're going to be able to actually use it (I've heard that some in the Far East would prefer to learn Chinese or Japanese after English since it would be more useful for them there with businesses).

Also, you can add another question: Which language would I be most motivated to learn? Because learning one successfully would be really up to you if you also keep your interest in it.

This is cool. I've not seen this thread before too ... so I'm guessing we have quite a number of Italian speakers here?

Benvenuto (adjective) is the word for welcome e.g. Benvenuto Oliveira.
Benvenuti is an adverb.

The verb for welcome is accoglienza.

Hello guys, benvenuto is for a single male person, benvenuta for a single female person, benvenuti is the male plural, benvenute is the female plural ciao a tutti

ps. hitmannq8, spanish is more global, it's true, but italian helps more with the girls
