Cicinho on sale for 8 milion

The problem with buying Cicinho is the same as the problem with buying Ronaldo or any other Real Madrid player. Madrid would not deal fairly with Milan because of the Kaka incident and would demand far more money than he is worth or some sort of option on Kaka. There's really no use even thinking about Madrid players right now.

But the thing is that we need more of a attacking full back than a defensive one, I mean Carlo prefers atacking one, if it was the other case we would use bonera instead.But I agree with you,he needs improvmentin the defensive part , thats for sure.

On the other hand we need to improve our relationship with Real, and I think this could help the process, Lets face the fact Milan and Real are the best teams in the history and they need a healthy relationship.

This is very true Rick, RM wants to get rid of Ronaldo yet they demand us 25m, this is really rediculous, they just want to revenge us for the Kaka saga. As long as Calderon still in charge Milan had better forget any negotiation with them.

The way Berlusconi said "that door is closed" shows that Milan understands Calderon's intention, so that door is closed for Cicinho.

Agreed, Rick. I dont think we should be dealing with Real, especially under this current managment. They tried to take full advantage of us during the Ronaldo negotiations. In fact, I felt that we lost a bit of face also because earlier Galliani officially "declared war" on Real only to have to travel there to try and negotiate for Ronaldo, and then get screwed over. What the hell is this, "We dont want money, Milan knows what we want." all about? This Calderon guy is as arrogant and sly as it can get. Now, they have a situation where they want to get rid of a player who is not needed. Why should we help them out? Galliani should give him a call and say, "You know what we want. We dont only want Cicinho. How about Ronaldo plus Cicinho for 1.5M?"

I think 8M Euro is worthed for Cicinho.
I like to see full back with great attacking skills,
like zambrotta + grosso bring Italy to the World title.
Cicinho + Serginho/Jankulovski is not bad I think

I highly doubt that Alves will still be at Sevilla next summer, everyone knows Liverpool will go back in January or try to get him first next summer. They had agreed a price and terms with the player, the issue was down to how the installments would be paid.

If we want Alves, we need to get him asap, we can't afford to wait and expect good players not to be snapped up by other clubs.

It doesn't matter how attacking Cicinho is, he still needs to know the basics of defending and if Capello doesn't think he's good enough at right-back, why would we want him ? As already stated Alves & Reveillere are better options albeit more expensive ones.

Cicinho woukd really be an asset for Milan, Cafu is fast becoming rusty and now you'd have his NT sub, he's a great player!
If we didn't have Javier or Maicon I'd say get him!
