here's the stupid part...

Milan's punishment prevails, for violation of the rules... but...

Juventus' deduction is reduced, for NOT DOING IT AGAIN!!!

Lazio on the other hand is starting the season with -3 points. But in the first 8 rounds they menaged to get 3 wins-1 draw-4 defeats, which brings them +10 points.
If we take out the -3 pts they had at the beggining of the season from the +10 pts they got in the 8 rounds, we get + 7 points again.
Is that the official explanation?

If it is then it clearly shows how partial they are. So the rationale here for reducing the penalty is your success in the current cleaner season and not the amount and effect of wrong doings in the past past season. We are being marginalized.

But the simple fact is that if you have have had more success among the tainted clubs in the cleaner season, with penalty it shows how much you have depended on wrongdoings to improve your results in the previous corrupt seasons. I am sure guys at our club are pissed as hell right now. We will certainly appeal against this crazy judgement.

(I am not aiming at you Tony, its a general stand)

It seems Italian football is managed by die hard Inter Losers FC fans. Everything is planned so that we are kept away from a serious title challenge unless we get some extraordinary results. As if it wasn't enough all what we went through in the summer and the terrible transfer campaign because of learning our fate very late. It's really fishy when three clubs involved get discounts and we are the only side who don't get a reduction. Anyway a derby victory tomorrow would be a good response and will bring Milan close to top spots. However in all cases our management must move and secure the signing of a big name striker in January. Obviously we are lacking in this department and not bringing a valid Sheva replacement was disastrous.

What the hell is this decision about? Why Lazio who originally got more penalty points from the judges, now apper to be in much better situation then Milan. Milan does a hell of a job (having so many problems in the team), trying to f**king win every game...And Lazio who are at all not playing good, just easily gain 8 points back. And what do we get?! What does Fiorentina get for playing good this season?! It is so unfair. Why Juve, who started all this sh*t get 8 points back and Milan and Fiorentina remain with the same penalty? You give points back to Juve - you HAVE TO give points back to everyone. Milan and Fiorentina havent got anything back, unlike Juve. So I really dont get it...is there another possibility to appeal somewhere else?

Well, well well, Milan has no points awarded, weird yeah, considering that everyone had a share of the pie.

But what is bugging me truely is this, could Italy be penalized for consecutive attempts to solve things using the national court system not through sports courts reporting to the FIGC?

One other thing, now you guys have to consentrate as hell to win the derby, tha's all what I've got to say because anymore and I know someone will begin to argue in anegative way with me, lessons leart from that Billy character

Don't worry even if the Italians or the Italian teams are penalized from entering any competition, you can always form a league of your own with second and third division teams from around the world, like moratti had said

I wanted to know when was the last time you beat us significantly like we did 6-0 and 3-2. Please don't mention last year's 1-2.

Its derby time man so I guess there is nothing wrong in locking horns (in a friendly manner) for a day or two. Cheers

I'm not shocked, this current injustice falls in line with pretty much the whole scandal. Well done Moratti

LOL! No this isnt only the second time. I've done this more than twice. Thanks though. LOL! No insider information. Lets just say I know the nature of the beast called politics. And this CalcioPoli was never about correcting errors or rectifying match fixings. It was from the start a headhunting expedition. I really dont want to open old wounds but I still would like to ask all here...
Was this all worth it for us to see Juve fall? For me NO.

Haha, another good call it was, i agree !
But hey, this time i won't let you take the whole glory.... few posts under your post, i also explained why i think Milan won't get any bonus points.

@Rahul : No Rahul, that wasn't an official statement. I was just explaining McHanna how come both Milan and Lazio have +7 points at the moment.

Please someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i think that all the appeals went to sports courts, not civil courts. The civil court (TAR) remains as an option for all the clubs, because they all know the decission TAR will make will be totally oposite of what the sport courts aka Guido Rossi aka Massimo Moratti aka Inter, decided !

I will explain the TAR possibility better, but first i have a question for Kui :

Back to TAR ....
I ain't an expert of course, but from what i read, EVERYONE, experts, officials etc.. agree that if the thing went to TAR from the beggining only 2 people would have been punished : Luciano Moggi and Meani. But their punishments wouldn't have been harsh at all, because what they did would have passed as lobying only.
If there was a proved match fixing, TAR would have made the same, or even tougher verdicts as the sports court did.
But since there wasn't even 1 (one) evidence about Juventus, Milan,Lazio buying (fixing matches) then TAR would have decided that Juve will stay in A with both scudetti and no penalization, Milan, Lazio in Fiorentina also in A with no penalization.

Shortly...on a civil court, what Moggi and Meani did was a lesser crime than what Moratti was doing when he gave an order Vieri's phone calls to be intercepted.

It looks nice for everyone of course, but now it's too litlle too late for this.

Anyway getting back to your question.

Yes, but not ONLY Juve. Juve was both motive and big bait to get INTER rivals to bite. And BITE did Milan, Lazio, and Fiorentina do! I mean really I have to say that the coup was absolutely brilliant! Just look back... all Juve haters were in a bliss when this all started and little did they know that such fervor would bring in a reign of terror. It only was a matter of time that our heads was next on the chopping block. Now I'll use some historical context in this and will make another prediction. The terror hasnt ended yet. As what Robespierre started in 18th Century France, such will happen to those who initiated CalcioPoli. INTER, Moratti, Rossi... these guys are next. Sic Semper Tyrannis! Now how will this come to past? Well it will take some big cojones from one of our clubs who hath suffered as a result of the CalcioPoli ruling. Thing is that such clubs can suffer even more than what has already been ruled by the courts. The only way I see the fall of the tyrants is if a club like ACMILAN is so far down in the pit that the stakes would make it worthwhile. What's there thats left to lose if we fail in this seasons campaign? As you said there still is TAR. I wouldnt discount that option. Of course with this new ruling, Lazio and Fiorentina have cowed to such mercy and perhaps even Juve have relented. This too was a smart move by the appelate judges on INTER's behalf. Makes it really only one club left to suffer.... AC Milan. And with Milan by itself, I'm afraid we just dont have the clout to go at it by ourselves.

I feel insulted, but im not surprised, have to congratulate the Moratti system, for fooling everyone, and trying to remove the big player teams from Seria A....they still wont win the scudetto tho! My moneys on Palermo
