no surgery needed on his left knee, but will need to rest and rehabilitate from now until the start of 2007...

How are we going to cover his abscence, and everything he gives to the team?

thankfully we only require a point against aek to assure our qualification in the CL. I'm sure we can do that without Gattuso.

Brocchi will have to fill in for Gattuso's role and they will HAVE to buy a new midfielder in January. Starting off with 7 midfielders is just asking for trouble and with 2 down already and 1 still feeling his way back, anymore injuries and our midfield is screwed.

This can't be blamed on the scandal or refs or anything like that. We could have bought a player, a non-star name player from Serie A or even Serie B (Barusso from Rimini), someone like Barone, Zauri, etc. You can't tell me we couldn't have got someone like that because of the scandal. You can't blame it on hindsight either as only starting a campaign with 7 midfielders is a bit silly really.

We are in a big trouble now...I don't like Brochi playing that position at all !

just doesn't have the same effect as gatusso.

I think Brocchi will do a better job than Ambrosini, at least for now.

What a bad news. Gattuso has a unique role in Milan, who can be our new bulldozer? Maybe our strategy should change a bit.

Sad news, but Milan will need to learn to play without his aggression. Brochi can do us proud Im sure as long as Ambro isnt played that is.

Oh boy we're in trouble. I wouldnt mind Brocchi taking Gattuso's role but I hope he is more consistent.

Gatuso injury may lead us to desaster and at the same time may lead us to a positive change in the tactics and formation. With the season appearing hopeless it is time to buy young players and not the kind of Favalli, Vieri, Ronaldo, look how many we need:

1 or 2 strikers (at least 1 of out strikers has to be replaced)
1 or 2 midfielders (at least 1 of our MF need to be replaced and 1 added)
2 or 3 defenders (at least 2 of our DF need to be replaced)
1 GK (Dida need to be replaced)
