time to stop giving everyone a headache i think ... lets close this thread, it's going nowhere, only in circles.

What do you think Vadim, Gio?

ok i did it... i started a new thread with a grading system that i think is fair.

i does not seem that either side is going to settle this debate in here.

over then next few games b4 the break, i say we put gila under the microscope and analise his on the pitch performance.

lets break-it-down...

Of course Ronaldo is my hero

I think some of our arguments are misdirected at eachother when they should be directed at the fanatics on either end of the spectrum. You did raise some salient points but I am glad to see that you understand gila shouldn't be our starting striker (the whole point of my tirade anyway)

I agree; let's start with Oliveria and Inzaghi every game, and I can thus spare myself from these arguments.

This is probably the stupidest and most idiotic thing said in this thread, which considering there are arguments in this thread that I wouldn't even expect 5 year olds to try and put forward, shows exactly how moronic this pathetic excuse of an argument is. Most of us who are supporting Gila in this argument not only started supporting Milan before he joined, but started supporting Milan before Gila was even playing football at a senior level.

Stupidest thing ive read today, but i dont think its going to be the last stupid thing i read on here... Renember beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. Everyone has there own view on a player, but there has to become a point when enough is enough..

Gila is only 2 years older than me, so yeah i suppose ive been supporting Milan longer than he has being playing professional football.

Drucurl, you see? and when I say I get disrespected for saying my opinion, they say who disrespected you? FFS, he is even a mod. Instead of saying I am wrong, or I am exaggerrating, or even I am childish, or any other polite way, he picks the words "stupidest" and "idiotic" to describe my post.

I wont even bother replying to him, and wont even bother read what he has to say in return. I dont even know why Drucurl and Egoistka even bother trying to explain to these guys because its not going to do anyone any good.

Now that I think about it, Gilardino is acutally not very helpful. I'm sorry that I'm not objective before, and hopefully I'm being objective now. Case closed?

I agree, its getting out of hand. I'll close it for now and maybe reopen it later, because I smell trouble.

I have re-opened this thread but will be keeping a close eye on it in the future. Please no more referring to other's posts as stupid, idiotic, etc. And one think I can't tolerate is people accusing others of not being Milan fans because of their opinion on an issue, in this case the issue being Gila. Let's have debates but keep it civil.

thanks alot for opening this thread Vadim. Much respect for the way you handled an angry Trinidadian

Also I'd like to apologise to any who genuinely felt offended by my statements.
Now all that fruity stuff is out of the way.....

Are you serious? People here have been using the word 'phan' for a long time now, and now that I've used it in a different manner, its being considered an insult?

Let's be honest......if Gila said something like that it would have ben all over the web and the papers, and not only in Egoistika's claims. I really feel that this is a little suspicious as only "she" heard it from "someone else".

I'll give Egoistika credit for saying that those might not be the exact same words, but that is the whole point. Because one mistaken word or phrase can change the whole meaning of that.
Hhmm.. I'll admit I believed that hearsay a lil too much and spoke too soon without conclusive evidence BUT it still doesn't change the base of the arguement that Gilardino is more of a Liability than an Asset because he IS a striker first & foremost.. strikers are Paid & Expected to score goals anyway they can and Gila is not doing just that..

So then we should sell all of them..right? Seeing as none of them are doing much of a job in the scoring department.

That is exactly what I wrote in this thread a couple of days before...and as you can see, nobody wants to admit it here. I m tired of that...
