I think the reason why Italy's big guns are so keen Barzagli, apart from him being Italian, is that they are sure that he will improve on his current form/abilities at his new club.
Right now, I think he is a very good player/prospect but not true Milan or Juve quality yet. Problem is he's italian and as it's often the case the lack of quality players in the local scene is driving his price way up.
This beeing said, I am more and more keen on Cris and Alex. Wouldn't mind a return of Canna to Italy either - he may be old but an experienced defender of his quality is always a plus

Barragan was a great prospect and i was disappointed to see him leave, but he was only playing in the reserves and not getting any time in the first team. I think he might have been on the bench now and again and had the odd game, but nothing remotely regular. So i can't blame him for wanting to move back to Spain and get some games under his belt. He's definately one to keep an eye on and as you pointed out Rahul, Benitez has that clause to buy him back for such a small sum of money within the next 3 years. A smart bit of business i think.

Gonzalez is a great prospect, his performances in Spain in the second half of last season where fantastic. He was a constant menace against everyone and given enough games and time to adapt to England, i think he'll become a great player in the Premiership.

i think we must buy sneijder he is great player that can be plaied at any position,expessialy for replace seedorf and he can play as dm,am,rm,cm

attackingwise he is indeed a very good player but in defense, his physical fitness and strength are quite questionable IMO. At 170cm tall, he would hardly be an obstacle for many in the aerial battles and that's an aspect of the game that should not be overlooked as games between two strong teams are often decided by goals from corners or free kicks.
