I would like to give some credits to Ancelotti who switched the usual formation to 4-3-2-1 and it works great because our midfield is strengthened. Both results come just in time for Christmas.

I still believe in Ancelotti.

i believe in ancelotti as well , but the board should give em the founds to rebuilt the squad IMO... carlo is 1 of the best trainers there is

the only thing i fear is he is to familiare, he has a coach who wants a team who is close... that is good but now all our players are in there thirties so we need to rebuilt step by step...

they should retire some players and sell some... but he can't do it because he is to kind and has to much respect

hmm, Lippi made an interesting comment today saying he wouldn't want to work in England as he likes direct communication with players rather than having an interpreter. An Italian team seems a very realistic possibility for him then, as in Spain (probably the only other foreign country I would guess someone of his calibre would manage in) he'd face similar problems.

I think Carlo is now starting to pull the team together, which bodes well for the rest of the season and I do think he'll get enough respect to finish the campaign, but I think a close eye should certainly be kept on Lippi now.

ANyone else think that Carlo might have had his hands tied by the management with regards to transfers and the tactics to be used?

Ancelotti i think realizes that we need young blood but without the support of the management and the willingness to spend some money on quality young players there was really very little he could have done.

gourcouff is a great talent and Gila is finally coming good. I think he made a few right choices, not sure about Olivera though. Hopefully if he does leave we get a new coach who is willing to stand up to the management and recieves better support from them.

i know that the rumours have gone but have they bought Oleveira as a lure to get Roni? just a thought by the way.

also Carletto has and still is doing the job well only if berlu would dip his hands in his pockets for a bit of cash to strenghten the team in january i meen aswell as the defenders were buying/offering for we need to make up for our pre seasons failing imo.

Im suprised nobody has mentioned about this whole Ancelotti and Chelski Saga, to cut a long story short everything at Chelskis is getting screwed up, also Sheva has asked Roman 2 bring Ancelotti 2 Chelsea starting next Season 2 get Sheva back on form he said somrthing like "Only Ancelotti can bring out the best in me" What are your thoughts? Do you think his going to leave Milan? Who will replace him? Will it be Rijkard? Van Basten? Or Jose in a straight swap?

Personally I didnt like him but his attitude has changed, I wanted the Ancelotti of 2002 to come back and there are some situations when you can see its coming back. Wouldnt mind jose at milan tho?

i dont get it? Sheva goes to chelski it all goes wrong chelski arnt winnin Epl so from gloating " haha Milan we got sheva" like they were there now Blaming him for all the trouble there is and now there trying to steal our manager! to be honest has Sheva relised that he has made prob made a really big mistake from being idolised at Milan starting every game just about he is at chelski bench warming and being blamed for the clubs problems at the moment.

Jose cant stand him, lets just say everytime Sheva is in the starting line up, Jose probably has a fone call from the KGB to tell him to include Sheva as Roman and Jose aint on speaking terms.Lol

That cant be done as Sheva has been promised a "Higher" Role in Chelski once he retires, What would that be? A Ball Boy? Its probably the only time he can put the ball at the back of the net at Stamford Bridge, considering no cameras are going to be focused on him.
