think Di Gennaro got a hattrick in that match!
Aubameyang got 2, hes scoring loads for the youth team.. With inzaghi - Oliviera not finding form i wish we would start him more..

I found this clip of Di Gennaro (no. 10) against Udinese which I thought was interesting. He definately seems a talent and scored some nice goals.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vvTx7-qBIA Overall, our Primavera looks good. I think Darmian has just been called up to the under-18 national side, which is looking very positive, he's one I think is really worth keeping a close eye on. |

Dige...hyping him up already, eh?
PURE TALENT
3/27/2007 4:58:00 PM He is young but Davide Di Gennaro isn’t letting a little thing like youth stand is his way MILAN – Davide Di Gennaro hasn’t even turned 19 yet but he is already a talent to boast about. Fans loved him in last year’s Primavera league semi-final and since then the attacking midfielder has continued to establish a name for himself with 14 league goals and a notable contribution to the youth side’s first place classification this year. The young man that the Rossoneri fans have their eyes on is only 18 years old, but he has two feet that seem to sing from the pitch. Davide has a finishing touch, by now he is more or less renowned for his assists and style on the field. His game is like music in motion, with finesse that offers efficiency in front of the goal. Lately Dige (that's his nickname) seems to have a special way with Primavera hat tricks, with the one last year in February’s 4-0 Milan victory over Brescia and then the one a few Saturdays ago in Milan 6-0 Cagliari. Not bad, not bad at all. He has character to spare and he is just getting started. ACMILAN.COM |

hes good. Something about him, the way he moves with the ball. Maybe glimpses of Giovanni Rivera in him. Lets just hope he continues to play well, & hopefully we will be able to see him in sr side at some point.

well, if he's as good as hoped, then along with Gourcuff and Kaka we can look forward to a potentially bright future.

Don't think he's ready to come back just yet though. Let's leave him with Empoli at least one more season. If you get any videos of the goals, don't be afraid to share.

Pozzi is set to return along with Marzoratti, and also Donati for next season. odds on Donati being loaned out again, and the other 2 not playing due to lack of experience which only happens when you go over 30.

welcome ohhh yeah
![]() I don't know where you can find pics (hopefully someone else here might know), but there are some Milan Primavera who look interesting prospects for the future I'd keep an eye out for. The main ones are: Davide Facchin: A young promising goalkeeper Luca Antonelli: Young Left back who has already played for the first team. Matteo Bruscagin: Young solid defender Matteo Darmian: Very young (17) defender, has played at right back for the first team Gastone Bottini: solid defensive midfielder Alex Guerci: young and supposedly talented midfielder (haven't seen him myself) Davide Di Gennaro: A highly promising attacking midfielder/forward, and considered the star in the Primavera side Willy Aubameyang: Promising striker, tall and one of the top scorers. Also scored the winner for the first team in January against Juve in the Berlusconi cup. Filippo Galli is the coach, a very good player for Milan back in the 80s' and 90s', along with Seba Rossi as Goalkeeping coach, again very good for Milan in the same generation as Galli. You'll also find many ex-Milan players are now coaching the Milan youth, including Giovanni Stroppa, Stefano Eranio and of course, Franco Baresi. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of the Primavera squad as there's a lot of potential there. However, I'm just as curious to see the results of Baresi's work with the Berretti squad (one below the Primavera), as San Franco is a very good teacher, and has an incredible amount of knowledge (from a tactical and technical perspective) and of course was the mentor of our very own Paolo Maldini. Worth noting also the Berretti squad has a midfielder called Davide Ancelotti, the son of our manager. Last edited by ACMILAN1983; 19-04-2007 at 04:01. |
