i would add ribery to that list, though i'm sure he's bound to be expensive. Malouda was voted the player of the year in France (i think, either that or Lyon's player of the year), he maybe slightly cheaper, but i doubt it. If neither of those then maybe Rosina. I just feel we need a new attacking midfielder whatever happens.

I think Malouda will either end up in Man Utd or Arsenal, Ribery on the other hand in any team in Europe.

Agree. We need attacking midfielder. It's better if he can also defend or play as center midfielder <Sneijder, too bad we can't have him, anyone know what Stams's for>. If Chelsea sell Ballack for a low price, we should buy him. Montolivo and Rosina are very good too. But after all, my dream is for Pato. Though I haven't seen any match of him, but with what I see on Youtube and the age 17, a really good talent.

He'll be great, but in a few years.

were going to have to wait until he matures more and gets used to the Italian style of play, which seems to be easy for Brazilians.

No C. Ronaldo please.
If Gattuso can shackle him, then he's not worth the setup.
Ribery is good, but he plays more along the wings, and we have Janku and Oddo doing that work. Put some faith into Anchelotti's signings, I'm hoping Gourcuff will prove himself next season, I think he'll be a perfect replacement for Seedorf in a few years (or maybe he'll do a Kaka and take over ).

As for Pato, I say buy him now before he gets scooped up by some other european powerhouse, which will mean we couldn't get him. I was kinda upset Cicinho was signed by Real Madrid, cause I rate him quite high.

emerson is coming

Real Madrid midfielder Emerson is being linked with a move to Milan after reportedly reaching an agreement with the European champions.

The Brazilian left Juventus last summer after the club’s demotion to Serie B, but hasn’t enjoyed his new life in La Liga and is allegedly ready to head back to the peninsula.

According to Spanish newspaper Sport, Milan have already finalised a deal with El Puma, who would join the San Siro outfit in the summer.

The player had already been paired with Milan in the past few months after Rossoneri Coach Carlo Ancelotti made it clear that he would be more than happy to have the 32-year-old at his disposal.

The former Roma star has been heckled by fans at the Santiago Bernabeu and reportedly informed Los Blancos of his desire to leave two months ago, after speaking to chief Ramon Calderon.

Emerson’s market value has seemingly dropped since his move to the Merengues, but the Rossoneri are allegedly ready to invest £7m plus striker Ricardo Oliveira, who currently earns £4.2m a season.

Milan will earn approximately £48m thanks to their win in the Champions League Final against Liverpool and have decided to invest the money in the transfer market.

The club’s wish list is also reported to include Andriy Shevchenko of Chelsea as well as Barcelona duo Samuel Eto’o and Gianluca Zambrotta, although all three have denied they will be changing clubs this summer.

My dream signing for this summer would be Daniele De Rossi, the only guy who I'd allow to push Gattuso out of our starting lineup. If you thought Pirlo - Gattuso was good, think about Pirlo - De Rossi!!

I think that if de rossi is gonna push someone out that would be either Ambro (in X-tree) or Seedorf (in the romb) ... and at tiems even Pirlo himself (like Donadoni did in the NT vs Scotland).

Gattuso is not just a tough mid but his main contribution is that he closes down the opponent by constantly hustling them. De rossi, while a tough tackler and a very good defensive mid cannot match Rino's constant movement all over the midfield chasing the ball even in the most desperate situations ... de rossi has other pluses like much better ball distribution, though.
Of course in certain games De rossi could occupy Rino's role and I am sure he would great but to permanently displace Gattuso, I really doubt it.

I was just about to post my dream signing for the summer as well......De Rossi but you beat me to it. However my view on it is a little different then yours. I think that Pirlo+Gattuso+De Rossi would be sensational. I don't see why Gattuso would have to leave the line up. For me, he is irreplacable. De Rossi is something like Ambrosini but a lot better (at least in my eyes). I know Ambrosini has been performing great lately and in the past 3-4 months he hasn't given a reason for us to think about replacement, but if we can get our hands on De Rossi then the balance in midfield will be unbelieavable. De Rossi is both aggressive and brilliant in his passing. He takes away the ball and rarely loses it while providing brilliant solid defending as well. Ambrosini is also the oldest of the midfield trio so who better to replace him then De Rossi.

I've been wanting to post this line-up for a while but I wanted to wait till the season was over to talk about additions to our already great squad. The line up has great balance and quality and when in shape and form it is hard for any side in Europe to play against us. However, sad but true, in order to stay on the top and keep up with the rest of the sides some additions are inevitable also keeping in mind that we will play the World Club Cup competition as well.

Buffon - Oddo - Nesta - Maldini/Mexes - Zambrotta - Gattuso - Pirlo - De Rossi - Kaka - Seedorf - Ronaldo

That's my dream line-up for next season although it is very unlikely that we will by both Mexes and De Rossi from Roma and even Buffon from Juve. It may also be too much to put 4 new players in a line up right away, but hey.....it's a dream line up.
