It basically says that Cicinho predicts that Kaka will talk to Milan to try and come to Real. He says we first need to wait for all the competitions to finish.

Personally, I don't think what Cicinho says really matters. Kaka said that he is happy at Milan and Real need to talk to the club for any transfers, but rumours like this really get under my skin. Real Madrid have absolutely no class. I really hope they choke and lose in La Liga.

Cicinho and Robinho are full of crap. For all I remember both wanted to leave real at one point. Now they want to stir more rumors and lure Kaka. On the other hand that passive strategy taken by Kaka is pretty annoying for us Milan fans. Comments like "god knows my future" and the way he never denies moving and committing himself to milan get irritating after a while and do not help the rumors from flooding. I guess Galliani is doing the smart thing and ignoring all the Kaka rumors, and I am sure he will close all the doors regarding Kaka transfer.

i think Kaka has taken the right approach on the matter tbh. If he doesn't know how long he'll stay at Milan, then I think he shouldn't say he wants to stay at Milan for a long time. He's commited himself to the club publicly for the remainder of his contract and has always maintained it's up to Milan if he leaves before then, which again means he isn't pushing for a transfer to Real.

I'm sure he likes Real and wouldn't reject an opportunity to move there if circumstances change, but I do feel at Milan he's just as happy, if not more as he's done excellent at the club and couldn't really be more highly regarded.

Milan need to forget the rumours and just make sure Kaka is happy and wants to stay. As long as that's the case, the rumours aren't important. Besides we need to strengthen ourselves now.

Boss Carlo Ancelotti recently renewed his contract, which now expires in 2011 just as Kaka’s, and the player confirmed that he has no intention of leaving Milan despite Real Madrid’s courtship.

“I spoke to the Coach and I told him that together we can win everything with Milan. We have chosen our future. Real Madrid can forget about me, at least for now.”

I think this could kill the very little doubt we had in our minds.

Yes, I agree that Kaka` has taken the right approach. Well, at least it's better than someone who says "I want to be a Milan legend" then leave Milan after just a few months he said that, right?

I think we should ask why Kaka would consider moving to other team.

Certainly, it's not for the money. Milan is paying him well. Besides, he is in a level where money is already an acomplishment, and not a goal.

Also, for sure it's not to get into a better team. AC Milan is one of the top teams in the world. For a Brazillian, it includes: AC Milan, Real Madrid, Barcelona. One level below, we put Manchester United, Juventus, Inter Milan. And that's it.

And, also, it's not because he is not considered important in the team.

What would i consider some good reasons:

1) Fun. The Seria A is just not as much fun as La Liga. And this is a very important factor for any brazilian.

2) Be in the spotlight. In the last years, the majority of the FIFA best players was from the Spanish League, where football is more flashy, and a player can reach a higher status faster. Kaka, right now, wants to be the best player of the World more than anything. It's his last goal to achieve.

3) Be part of a team to remember. Milan style it's not what we would call gorgeous. It's productive and consistent. But the current formation is not one to be remembered in 20 years, as that one of Van Basten, or the Brazil of 1970 and 1982, or Barcelona of Romario and Stoichkov. Today, Milan is Carlo's style, not Sacchi's.

So, i think it's possible that Kaka goes to Real Madrid. But not probable. Let me say why:

1) He is not a brazilian like Ronaldinho. He is a Brazilian like Leonardo. The fun factor is important, but not crucial. He takes his life in a more responsible, conservative way. And that apllies for what he aims on a football field also.

2) He will probably win the World Best Player this year, so it's not an issue anymore.

3) With Ronaldo, and if Milan hires some good offensive players, Kaka would be convinced that he is part of a team to be remembered. And Real Madrid has been struggling to just compete.
