I figure Ancelotti feels we must plug the defensive leaks that was so evident in 1st half, and Brocchi brings at least intensity in the midfield that Gourcuff doesnt have. We didnt really have any problems creating chances in 1st half, it was that Empoli controlled the game cause of our shaky defense that was the issue. Baiscally I agree with these changes, even if Emerson would be a good option aswell.
