Why are you so sure that Carlo didnt ask for new players?

he cant be blamed... what can he do if Berlu and Galliani dont like spending money?

Berlusconi is in charge. His money. His club. His players.
He decides who milan is going to buy. The fact that milan's age average is well over 30 is his fault, not ancelotti's.

I am sure that lippi or mourinho couldn't reason with berlusconi just like capello couldn't.

If he decides to splash out this summer, we are going to be powerful again.

Ace is true, there were reports saying that Ancelotti asked for Ribéry and Toni for example, where are they ? We will never know if these reports were true (if it is, Carlito can't be blamed) or false.

Anyway, it's not here we have to speak about new players or new coach ...

That is true, carlo wanted them but berlusconi said NO to them, i read somewhere that toni's transfer was almost done when berlu stopped it.
He also stopped the transfer of van nistelrooy a few years ago....

Well I also love Paolo but the second one was due to him being late for an offside trap 6 would be more realistic
Also only two who deserved good marks are Oddo and Sedorf Oddo did great job on the side both ways

Well Carlo new that Ronaldo is injury prone, he new Inzaghi iz injury prone, he new Pato couldnt play unitl January, Carlo new that Favalli is 35, Carlo new that Cafu is 37, Carlo new that Serginho is injury prone, Carlo new that Kaka give us the CL last year, Carlo new Maldini is 39 and needs to be replaced, Carlo new Emerson is a finished player should I keep going????

I tell him what I think but in the end it is his choice, and responsibility.

Is it hard to comprehend that these players had contracts running through this year? You cant just say, let me treat this like FIFA 08 and sell off the older players because teams actually want them. Let the contracts run out and that be the end of it. Carlo might have wanted player X but he doesnt do the finance part. So if player X is signed for 4 years, well hes there for 4 years unless a team comes calling for them. If a team hasnt called...then player X is going to be here for that 4 years.

Luckily though this has happened now. And we can look forward to a good summer where Berlusconi has offered 100 Milion Euro.
