Dani Alves could be a much better option IMO. At least they can take the same Italian language class.

Everybody here likes Benzema. But I doubt Berlu is willing to splash his cash for one big summer signing, let alone two...

Help, please 2nd time

I need some clarification about the italian rule for signing non-EU players.

Is it one non-EU player per year or per season?

And does this rule apply for loaned players from foreign clubs? (example: loaning Sheva from Chelsea?)

Thanks

I think a club can buy/oan one non EU player per season, which means from summer mercato untill next summer mercato.

I think that Dani Alves would be fantastic signing
and he is player that fits Berlu request for versatile players
(if I correctly understand one of his latest interviews)

Last year Sevilla rejected a 25(?) million offer from Chelsea. Do you think Berlu is willing to pay more?

This is the latest Sheva news. Although i am opposed, I think this type of deal would actually appease many fans. It seems like little risk, and Sheva has the chance to get his reputation back. I guess I'd try to make a comparison to Crespo, but he was younger and had no history here. Only time will tell as things continue to get interesting!

Did Shevchenko get his Italian passport in the end? If not, then i guess his impending loan will stop any chance of us getting Berbatov

I really hope that if we do get Shevchenko, he isn't the only reinforcement we get in the striker department, that would just be a kick in the teeth for all fans and wouldn't solve any problems.

Jim you're a moron sheva is one of the best in the world. he'd be a dream signing. He is fast good with both feet, strong, good in the air, good decision maker/ shot seclector, excellent crosser.....the only player I'd rate slightly ahead of him is Ronaldo. Berbatov is just an untested talent playing in the Bundesliga....a league known for lots of goals anyway

It seems like some people didn't watch a football game these 3-4 last years ...

Ronaldo is no more the Ronaldo who was the best striker in the world. Stop with that, his career is finished, and in the best case for him (meaning he would come back), the best moments of his career are behind him. I didn't understand why we took him, and I still don't understand.

Sheva is in the same case: saying he is one of the best in the world has no sense ... he was the best, with Ronaldo, Zidane and others, but now, he is a striker like there are so many everywhere (and younger).

People have to stop living in the past: let's take both young talents and established talents, but no more past talents ...

Oh and I saw someone speaking about Jérémy Ménez: I would say only one thing ... a big NO. He would be a Gourcuff bis, more offensive, but inefficient. He's not a top player in Ligue 1 (he's good, has potential, but he's not Benzema for example), so why would he be a top player in Milan ?

Someone said that Alves could help Pato to adapt to Milan life ? How ? He would have to adapt himself to Milan life lol ... when someone helps you to adapt, it is because he already had/has experience where you are, Alves never lived in Milan and never played in Milan I think ?
EDIT: Anyway, renewing Cafu's contract is such an error !! I hope it is a joke, he has to retire, he is not Maldini, his performances this year, when he played, were generally so bad ...

EDIT2: Berbatov doesn't play in Bundesliga lol, he plays in Premier League in Tottenham and he scored against the best teams, teams that are Milan-level, or even more this year.

I stop there lol.

No...I dont agree wit you... While at leverkusen he normally scores from the start or off the bench... he made the move to england and has continued to lightup the stadiums there... He is a proven striker...Henry is struggling to score outside of England and Sheva outside of Italy...So u say Berbatov can adopt to different styles and situation... He has lots of champions league experience also... I would chose him over Benzema right now... who to tell, Benzema might be a next Gila!!!

I agree with you saying that Ronaldo is done and all, and to a lesser extent Cheva. You mentioned Jeremy Menez... he is crap... just like Gorky... Ederson of Nice is the real deal if we want to sign young players. He will be as good as Diego next year and will cost us less.
