epl junkie? hahahaha .... that's good coming from you you portugese winger, argentine forward addict!

Ambrosini's defensive burden? He's hardly been doing that part of his job particularly well has he. The game against Roma springs to mind, as well as others. Listen, i don't think Lampard is world class but facts are facts, he scores/creates alot of goals. Who wouldn't want a midfielder who could get you at least 15 goals a season? We need central midfielders who can work hard and be a goal threat, Lampard is one of these wether you like him or not

Stitch, did you see the one on goal.com about Spain being chucked out of the Euro's and replaced by England? I thought that was funny

Domenech said that France and him won't go to Euro because they will be too tired and the players won't be concerned by this competition, and so, they prefer to prepare the next World Cup ... on the official French ligue website lol.

All the news we can read today have to be forgotten I think ... lol

A midfielder who scores a lot of goals? What a novel thought
The only other time I heard that was long loooong ago in a far away place called Italy.....there was a midfielder playing for some obscure club that wore these silly red and black stripes. to find out more please click here

Here's the linke for England replacing Spain in the Euros Link

Dru dru dru ... i said CENTRAL midfielders, not attacking midfielders like Kaka

But it does highlight a problem, take Kaka out of the equation and who else in our midfield currently has a serious goal threat? I don't think we have one, Pirlo plays deeper than ever and Seedorf was never a big goal scorer. What do others think?

Thanks Jim,

The news has been met by delight by former England manager Graham Taylor, who was in charge during Euro 92.

"I believe we will win Euro 2008 now," said The Turnip.

"There is no team in that tournament who we should fear. You name me a team who boasts our talent. I am utterly convinced that we will return from Switzerland with the trophy."

Ibtiouc,

As much as I dislike him because of his personality, C. Ronaldo is by far the best player in the world right now

I know many will disagree with me, but I'd swap him for Kaka without thinking about it twice.

Don't kill lme pls

Can we call Marzoratti back from his loan spell now Oddo is out for the remainder of the season?

Haha, nice knowing you Stitch! I wouldn't swap Kaka for Ronaldo, but i do wish we had a player like him. You can say that a player like him wouldn't fit in our team, but i totally disagree.

The only player that could replace Seedorf with style is Hleb. 4 years ago i opened a thread on the Stuttgart talents and i was drooling after Hleb to replace Rui Costa. Many other posters agreed. We weren't wrong.

Bah never mind that Zlatanov spent the latter part of his MM career trying to convince Jim_uk and I (who tend to disagree on transfer targets ) That Quaresma and Torres couldn't cut it here

Stitch.....why did you leave the paolo inzaghi thread

I heard that Sun Zi Hai from Manchester City is pretty good; at least he can solve our left back problem for a while.

ANd he is old enough. Perfect for our team .

A.C.MILAN'S OFFICIAL DENIAL
4/1/2008
MILAN - With the highest respect for the mentioned player, Milan categorically denies of having thought about signing the Brazilian player Aparecido Cesar Rodrigues currently with Inter. There has never been a negotiation and there will never be one.
