Guys and gals, remember that Inter stole Ibra and co when we didnt know where we would be playing, serie A or B, champions league etc. Calciopoli severly screwed us in our transfer campaign. Berlu WANTS Ronaldinho and I have complete faith they will get him!

Also, why would Ronaldinho want to go play for the Argentine National Team when he can play with so many Brazilians here!

Oh, come on! We lost Ibrahimovic because of Calciopolli? That explanation is too naive to be true! By the time Inter signed him, we already knew we were playing in Serie A. In the meantime, we were going against some Serbian team to qualify for the CL. If a team our caliber can't even be certain that we can beat a Serbian team, we should really be ashamed of ourselves. We knew exactly where we were going and we shouldn't have hesitated one second on pulling the trigger on that deal. The fact that Ibrahimovic went to Inter was because they outbid us. That's right, they outbid a team that just sold Shevchenko for 40 million euros but somehow didn't have the money to sign a guy for 25 million for Ibrahimovic. At the end of the day, our management's cheapness cost us a great player, not the Calciopolli.

Well, it may be naive but no on here knows what was going on behind closed doors....funnily enough im glad we didnt sign him anyway...but thats another story....

i am assuming that his inter deal may have already been agreed to beofre ti was announced.....you are saying that it was done after...who knows who is correct but it must have had some impact on our transfers.

Overall, that summer it looked to me that we left it too late to buy anyone and bought players that werent up to the task.

All im hoping for is that this summer, Milan get the players they want and need.

Based on what a lot of people were saying, we had the deal agreed before Inter came in and made a final offer that we refused to match. I can't give a credit source about that, but that's what a lot of websites were saying. The Calciopolli definitely had an impact on our transfer campaign, but it doesn't explain the reason we refused to sign good players for the last three years in a row. We were granted many opportunities to sign good players only to see all of them pass us by while we end up with the likes of Oliveira, Emerson and Gourcuff in return.

As far as Ibrahimovic goes, why wouldn't you want him here? He is one of the best strikers in the world right now and can certainly lead our attack while forming a great partnership with Kaka. I am not trying to argue with you, just want to find out the reason you don't want him here, especially since we have no striker we can count on.

For the sake of us Milan fans, I certainly hope the management will finally open up their wallet and sign a few good players instead of one or two of them and call it a day again.

The situation with Ronaldinho is this: according to all the market experts in Italy (Carlo Laudisa from Gazzetta or Luca Cattani from TeleLombardia) who are usually the most reliable Ronaldinho found a substatial agreement with the club, and we were aothurised by Barca to start the deal (according to the Fifa rules ), but Milan is yet to find an agreement with Barca. The news peak came during these very last days cause in Italy yesterday and today we have political elections and Berlusconi is one of the two contenders for the Prime Minister spot.

I don't think it's a smokescreen, because the board went too far making this deal public.

For the keeper spot, i want you to consider that, if we sign Ronaldinho and Zambrotta (both will cost around 35 m + wages) and we must sign a central midfielder and a centreback yet, we won't spend loads of monys on the keeper spot. I think Abbiati will be our next year keeper, with Coppola coming back and Kalac being 2nd- 3rd keeper.

Gattuso's always talked about leaving so maybe this might be the summer he decides to go. If Gattuso were to go that would leave us with Ambrosini (and he hasn't been great this year), Emerson & Brocchi cannot be relied upon. We would surely need 2 new DMs if this were to happen, Flamini (hopefully) & 1 other.

No way, Rino will stay. Who would leave a team with Ronaldinho, Kaka', Pato, Shevchenko ( the traitor )...

But the good thing is that Iread some comments how Spaletti indeed could be the next Milan oach, or even Donadoni. They are both better coaches than Ancelotti and we need a magician to play all those start well.

Also, comments on calciomercato by italian fans say that Galliani will try to change Gila to one of Frey or Mexes, and that Flamini or cigarini will be new CM for Milan. I assume that if ( when ) we start to paly UEFA cup we will sign cigarini, and if we manage to play CL Flamini will arrive.

Man United and other english (and spanish clubs) are interested in him so I guess he would be very expensive. I'm not sure he is the one to splash all our money on right now. Great talent though...

Abbiati? I prefer Dida. They are inconsistent but they can produce remarkable save too whe they're having a good day. Only that I think Dida has more good days than Abbiati

I'm somehow dissapointed by Rino's performance this season. It has nothing to do with his determination. He's still the old Rino who chases the ball tirelessly. But it seems like his stamina decrease substantially this year, perhaps his age is catching up with him.

so is everyone else age, thats why we need to get young blood, and let some of the old players go, like seedorf, brocchi, half our defensive line, except nesta, bonera and kalaldze. and maybe even gattuso

probably, we will sell Rino this summer, then wait for one or two years, for his form to goes down, and will loan him back for free when he will be 32-33 years old and we will hail him as a legend and great signing, with the right age to play for first team

We shouldnt sell Rino! Come on, he is a legend alreqdy in European football! Im 200% sure Rino will stay in Milan for the next 2 season at least! He had a bad season, but it depends on the rest of the team. He cant pass the ball, but he can make Ronaldinho and C. Ronaldo look like children Rino is God of DM's!! I would be extremly sad to see him leaving, he has grown into my heart and I believe in all of your hearts... Stay Rino.
