...as I want young players in every department too, I don't want ALL of the 'above 30' to go...
Maybe it's time Cafu and Sergio to leave, but definately not from 5 years ago.

It'll be an interesting summer to say the least. Let's hope Galliani finally delivers this time.

As for the forward line, I too think we'll land up getting Dinho and probably move Kaka further up, which still leaves us with a problem----we need a powerful, strong targetman to finish off what Dinho and Kaka manage to create. That should be our priority after Dinho.

Secondly, I wonder what would happen with sulkly Seedorf if he had to spend most games coming off the bench. Don't know if he will take it too well...

If he doesnt like it, he knows where the door is. He made his own bed with his consistent play year after year and now he will finally be replaced with someone who can play well two games in a row. Now if the good of our team means less to him than his own minutes, he can leave whenever he wants to.

I wouldn't cream my shorts over Lloris coming to Milan just yet. Even though Kalac deserves as much as I do to be the number one, no way in hell will some 21-year-old relative unknown just waltz in here and into the starting eleven, as the Goal.com article suggests.

Wow...thanks BMW for bringing some normalcy back to MM...don't kno how we could have a discussion on goalkeepers without your input!!

I tend to agree with you though...I doubt we would buy such a youngster with Kalac as his only understudy....but stranger things have happened.

I think if Gila does go to the Viola, that we will get Frey, and this youngster will be on the bench, 3rd choice would then b Kalac...what think u MsTaylor?

What great servants Serginho and Cafu have been.

I think Dida will be the next one to bid farewell, and we must not forget the good work he has done in the past (I know it seems like an eternity ago). Hopefully we get a solid goalkeeper like Boruc or Frey.

thats alot of players, Seedorf, Kalac, Emerson, Ba, Gattuso, Favalli, Ambrosini, Fiori, oddo, Kaladze is also thirty, plus loaned players like abbiati, storari etc (even though some prolly will never play for milan again.)

That will never happen, well not this transfer season @ least.

why cant we just let Bonera play LB, if we cant get Vargas.

he played there recently, i remeber cafu came on, and bonera switched to the left, and if i recall correctly he played well there also.

based only on comment made about him by Dunga and Thomas Schaaf, Naldo seems to be pretty good, but even though ive seen some Bremen games, i never really have notcied him.
