And this list without even trying too hard. I dont dispute that he is a good player, just not convinced that we should target him, to the exclusion of others.

Drogba is better than:
Adebayor (in every imagineable department except PERHAPS pace)
Gomez (not too sure how Gomez will perform on the big stage)
Ibra (better finisher, faster, stronger better free kicks, better the only thing Ibra has is the he's more creative)
Adriano (be serious )
RVN (admittedly RVN is the best finisher in the game, Drog beats him in overall play)

Out of the list only Torres and Eto'o I'd rate higher. Plus if you add the fact that Eto'o can be out muscled easier than Didier...only Torres is left who is at present unavailable.

Personally I'd take Gomez though. He looks to be the real deal.

Have you seen Drogba make a decent pass recently? If he came to Milan, I am sure Carlo would tell him that he can only touch the ball in the opponents box...I have lost count at the amount of bad passes Drogba makes in the attacking third...

In the final, there were at least 5 plays that his poor passing messed up, and those plays would have led to some concrete chances, as Man U were a bit exposed....

RVN is a better contributor to build up play...maybe thats how I should have put it.

Pippo is a better passer than Drogba IMO, which isnt saying much for either of them

If the answer is yes, then the price should be more than 10 mil euros which is not so bad.

You are putting waaay to much faith in a hope...some players never improve the ONE trait that would shoot them into superstardom...are you willing to take that chance Pato has no real flaws to his game he only needs to mature a bit and sharpen up and Viola!! We have RonaldoII
Adebayor needs to improve his finishing, positioning, his passing...those are basic attributes that a striker his age should have to a decent level. Bendter was in such great positions in that match...if Adebayor had sneaked at least one to him or Fabregas the scoreline may have been more lopsided.

Seems he is still taking whatever his girlfriend treated him with, and its starting to affect him mentally....

I cannot stand players with that level of arrogance, with only one season of impressive results behind him.

He isn't that much better than Gila, and I much preferred Gila's humility....he can stay at Genoa for all I care, and watch european football from the comfort of his couch, which might be more comfy than the Milan bench.

I hope we buy him, and loan him to some 3rd division club.

the author of this article obviously doesn't know that a two-team ownership of a single player is possible ONLY between two italian teams. Milan can't co-own a player with Zaragoza.

Is Carlo a better coach, I would say yes, but he is not the best.
I still believe the best coach is either Capello or RB.

Don't be so harsh on him he said that he likes to play with Genoa and that he doesn't want to be fourth or fith striker for Milan and he has a point.
If we sign another striker next to him he can be third , after X, Pato. Inzaghi can be our jack in the box
