On the mercato: I am kinda happy that we aren't making too much noise yet, and trust that mgmt are going about the business.

R10, Drogba, Etoo.....whomever...I feel we will be reinforced, and in the areas we need to be able to be competitive in the Serie A.

Mourinho to Inter doesn't scare me at all....just makes me wonder who we can take from them that he feels are "surplus" to Inter's needs....

Don't understand why Mourinho wants to coach in a team which management is so screwed up, honestly... First Chelsea, then Inter lol. He is going to end up just like Mancini.

Im hoping that Drogba will arrive in Milan as he is the kind of player we need. We also need to have in mind that we have probably the best young palyer on earth ( Messi excluded) in Pato 8 better then Dos Santos - who could be sold!!, Krkic and so on...).

But the real thing that would make our midfield and attack complete would be Drogba+Dinho, which sounds too much but it is not.

The thing with Abbiatti is a mistake and Milan ultras also expressed their negativiti about Abiatti coming back ( "chi on salta rossonero" man... ).

There are great players to buy, we just need to pay. If we dont do that they can lie and make excuses as much as they want, but Milan needs to spend money - simple.

Umh he made a mistake or the person in charge of the translation made a mistake: buying 2 non-EU players is impossible in Italy EXCEPTING the fact they were speaking about allowing Italian clubs to buy 2 non-EU players per year, but generally, when such a decision is done, it is for 1-2 years later, not so early ?!

You spoke about Dos Santos, he could be a good addition to the team: young and promising, able to replace Seedorf when he needs rest or Kaka' sometimes ...

1) Yes, Drogba will be the kind of person we need, and Drogba + Dinho will make the squad compelte that's for sure. Unfortunately, I Don't know if they will come; drogba for sale by Chelsea? probably not. I hope dinho will come, but again it's just plain difficult to lure big teams to sell their supposingly big names to another big club.

That needs massive amount of money (with few exceptions).

2) Abbiati is hated because: 1) he is perceived to have screwed us up over Buffon; 2) he is perceived to have screwed us up again for the young French star. His unwillingness to come back to Milan is just plain obvious to see, and try to do the utmost damage to Milan's transfer policy for GK?! I don't know, but Im not optimistic. I WILL NOT sleep well if he is on goal. Who knows what he is thinking. I would rather prefer to have Kalac or Dida.

3) I thought Milan is still in debt; I don't know all the finance structure; if someone can update me that that will be great...

Abbiati is a professional player, not a kid wanting to burn his house because he hates his parents lol (what a comparison !!) ...

If he stays, he will do his job for sure, but we can understand why he doesn't want to stay, can't we ? He was treated like a dog ...

In the time these players come into Milan squad, Milan still can buy and add one new non-EU (aside from the loaned players) to their squad.

I dont know if Milan have done these kind of transfers before.

Normally you can't, there's a rule in Italy forbidding clubs to buy 2 non-EU players in a single season ... here it's not the fact of adding them to the team that is important but the fact of buying them.

I dont know the detail regulation. If you have the detail rules, you can post here. What I know, Inter have done such of transfers (bought more than one non-EU players in single year) then loaned them directly (before adding to squad). They took them back a year later. Their GK from Brasil (I forget his name) has done this kind of stuff.

So, my logic says that the loaned clubs 'paid' for the non-EU spot for non-EU players of Inter.

I don't have the detailed rule, sorry, but I'm pretty sure (99% lol) that an Italian club can only buy one non-EU player by year, no more.

In Spain, it's unlimited, like in Portugal if I'm not wrong, in England or Scotland, you must "win" your "permite" (umh I will look for the real word, it's my own translation, far to be sure of me there lol, I mean the paper allowing you to work in England), in France, it's like in Italy but there are some countries in Africa with players not counting like non-EU players thanks to some political agreements, etc ...

Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has revealed his summer transfer plans as well as his striker’s wish list.

The Rossoneri are currently undergoing a major facelift within the dressing room and they are keen on several big name players.
However, the club has taken a financial knock after their failure to qualify for the Champions League. Galliani admits that he will be spending wisely but he has not ruled out a host of top-name hit-men.
