This is getting interesting. Balotelli told Inter that he wanted a 3.7m per year contract last week at his negotiations and he's only 17, and now he's saying he wants to start too. I have some shread of home for this Milanista, he deserves to be wearing our shirt. He is worth more than Ronaldinho and whoever, this guy is CLASS. With Pato and Balotelli (and Paloschi, but he's not a good bet like the other two), we can surely guarantee our future.

Balotelli's contract with Inter expires on August 31st 2009. I don't know if that 1 year rule can be used so he can buy-out his contract. If he can then Milan, or anyone else, has a big chance to get him, if not then Milan can only dream about him (this summer) because there is no way Moratti will sell him to Milan.

Milan or Juve probably didn't even make an offer yet because if they did i'm sure Fiorentina would have been out of the picture already, since Milan and Juve can easily offer Vargas 3 times more than what Viola gives him.

Well, he obviously counts Kaka and Seedorf as attackers. But he makes a difference between an Inzaghi type of attacker (striker) and Kaka type of an attacker (attacking midfielder).
He says Milan won't sign a Kaka/Seedorf type of attacker (attacking midfielder).
Probably he wants to say that Milan won't go after Ronaldinho or other attacking midfielders but You'll try to get a striker (Shevchenko, Drogba, Eto'o etc)

Seems Galliani has kicked the R10 negotiations into a higher gear with his "I never said we would buy Ronaldinho" (goal.com) comment...sounds so much like he really means: "Look Barca, enuf with the overpricing already, don't force us to use Article 17"

I also think it would be impossible for Mourinho/Inter to get that wish list...Chelski won't sell their best players...and certainly not to a potential challenger in the UCL, which is where smart money will be on for Chelski's focus next year.

Come on man, I dont understand the need you have to say such things.

1. Belusconi DID stop to inject money the way he used to do. What is not clear in here? Just count the money in ( sells, CL wins, sponsors, tickets..) and the money out ( Pato, Gila and Oliveira were the only expencive transfers in past 5 years ). im not saying Silvio has stoped working for Milan, just that money is not coming the way it used to.

2. gomes on pair with torres.....hahahahahaha!! That is what Im talking about: statiscics make people blind for football. How can you say they are on pair? Torres palyed in Primera and now is doing brilliantly in EPl and CL. Torres is 3 times better palyer then Gomes, it is so obvious with every touch Torres makes. SO MY POINT it that the fact Gomes scored like 40 goals in 90 games in Bundesliga means nothing and Torres is 3 times player of Gomes..

I saw on SKy now that there are 3 players on Inter's list: Eto'o, one of Deco/Lampard/Diarra and Carvalho. That is very possible and that would make Inter super strong. dont forget that Mancini was a lousy coach and now there is Mourinho.

Also Rino said that we need two young palyers to be competitive again. Rino talks much these days

Galliani commented on the fact we have "backed out from" Ronaldinho. But I dont understand how Carlo wants Eto'o coz he said numerous times that he needs player like Toni and Drogba?? And Eto'o in not that kind of player. Benzema is our best choice of course, but Silvio will never pay that money. But Benzema is worth 40mln, he is a brilliant player in rang of best of Henry, Shevchenko and so on. If that could be the soulution for forward that vould be a move of the summer.

I think Ba was bought for scouting in the future last year and was supposed to calm Gourcuff a bit...

btw, anyone thought about issues with Flamini's language here at Italy? Does anybody know if he speaks Italian? Hate it if he turns out to be Zambrotta in Bercelona...

We could have used this palyer as an attacking midfielder witth Kaka' and Seedorf perfectly for almost zero coast regarding the fact that players like Brocchi, Emerson, ronaldo, Simic, Cafu, Serginho, Dida earn tons of money for nothing. Yes, Drogba is 2nd best solution after Benzema. The tipe of forward we need for serie a games.

Not to comment much on Drogba as everyone knows about him. Dont you guys feel like Milan needs an alternative for Gourcuff who failed and went to Bordoux on loan. Flamini is here, but now we have only 2 creative midfielders ( Pirlo play too deep ). And Seedorf is near his end. If we play with two forwards we will again be in same problems becouse of 2 aplyers that cant pass ( Ambro-Rino-Flamini). Of you think Flamini can play real CM role?
