Zapata and Vargas, and the midfield duo from Parma with a striker that can score.
R10 would then be icing on the cake. |

At this point i'm pretty sure we have NO chance at Vargas. But Zapata, R10, & Gomez would add some much need quality depth to our attack.
Quaresma would be the icing on the .![]() |

Quaresma is Inter's player in new Mourinho team, with Deco and one more CB. Aldough tuttomercato says Mourinho's wish is Dani Alves... Dont know why as they already have two BRILLIANT right midfield/fullback players.
I hope we can really buy Zapata, but aguess we will see soon. Our prime target now is Drogba as it seems.

Unless Vargas is sign, seal and deliever, I refuse to believe we have no chance at him.
To be honest, I think we have as good a chance in getting Vargas as Gomez or any other players. |

Probably it's over and he'll play for Viola, but i won't exclude anything. Everything is possible until the deal is 100% done.

We are not investing as we used to do, that is why we are calculating more. So far we have made 2 grest transfers, especially Flamini at paramater zero was a smart move. But since milan hasnt really invested in past 3 or 4 years we are not lacking some fresh and quality players. Im not sure how far you can stratch a team without spending real money on players, we'll see aguess. This season has showed you cant crucify your own players ( Kaka', pirlo, rino ) and make then play 100 game sper season.
Some reports in Gazzetta say Juve may sell Trezeguet, which would be STUUUPID. But Tony would say that he expects stupid moves from Secco ![]() What bothers me with Milan is a simple thing. Im not gready and I love Milan becouse they play smart and buy smart ( untill last3 years ), but there are times when you need to invest properly. Milan, as the most titled club at international level, and the club that is owned by bilionare, should be able to invest in 4 or 5 great players after a dissapointiong sason and failure, and an old team they have/ have made. Players like Zapata, Nasri, Quaresma, Benzema, Drogba, Alves atc need to be bought and that is it. No Oddo or Favalli can help us win scudetto, no Brocchi and Emerson, no Pippo who is fit for 10 games per season, no exausted Pirlo and no overplayed Kaka'. Galliani and Berlusconi have gone way too far in stretching the team, the proof of that is that GATTUSO threatened to leave unless we have some serious players in Milan.

The origin of these rumors can be found in Spain (Marca, i think). There were news that Barcelona are looking for a top striker and that Guardiola likes Trez, so everyone started writing about that, how Barca are ready to pay 25 millions and how Juve could be tempted by this offer. Today Juve directors made it clear that Trez is not for sale at any price. But how can you trust club officials ? They say one thing and they mean something else. Sometimes they're trying to negotiate a better offer by giving such statements. For some reason i trust Secco on this, though.

Fiorentina are really stepping up in the market espicially now that they are in the CL its a good thing for Italian football but not so good if Milan have to scrap it out with them every year for the 4th place but i still see our squad than what many of us are giving credit for.
I was hoping we would snap up Mario gomez he is one of the young talents that will try to impress on the international level and if he does his price will sky rocket but ithink we are gonna end up with drogba and borrielo with the other "signing" but you never know galliani could pull off something crazy at the end

Simic remains in Milan..
like every year, he tells to newspapers that he wants to go, wants to play, and then around june, he tells Galliani convinced him to stay...http://sportskenovosti.hr/index.php?...&clanak_id=726 it's on croatian, i will translate the most important.. his loan into Fiorentina was almost completed in 13:00, but when he returned from training with NT, he saw missed calls from Galliani, Ancelotti and Naletilic (his manager)... Naletilic then send him SMS and said that Galliani and Ancelotti want him to stay because Maldini decided to retire... he says he's not expecting new centre backs because he is staying, and that he will going to play in about 20-25 games in season. ... it's all again the same, he just finds excuses to stay in Milan and get big salary for being a supporter, not player.. but, who would expect something other from a player who finds more important his water business than his career.. |
