Amelia would have been a really good grab. Back-up on the national team and should have the opportunity to prove that he could possible interrupt the monopoly that Buffon has on the Italian National team.

Only one Italian keeper is better than him and it's Buffon.
If Milan want a good keeper then 10m pounds is nothing. That equals 12.5m euro which is cheap for a player of his qualities.
After tonight's performance (which is a normal performance by Boruc, but this time the whole world is watching it and that's the difference) his price will certainly rise, though.

Wow, some people... media sometimes misquotes people from what they say. And sometimes deals fall through when the price tags are unreasonable and Barcelona proved unreasonable to deal with. We are lucky to even get Zambrotta.

Nope, because Austria isn't the best team so I don't see how that is indicative... if Austria's finishing did not let them down they would be 3-0 up... Austria isn't exactly world class.

There are plenty of Italian keepers better than him and I think 10 million is way too much for a keeper... I mean why not look in Poland for other keepers? I've heard a suggestion that there are some fine young keepers in Poland... maybe the 2nd choice Poland keeper for example... Fabianski? I hear he is with Arsenal... and might be an easy target...

Misquotes...you know how many times our management said they'd like R10. To say that all those media out lets were lying or miquoting is fooling yourself.

To your second point...management should learn not say anything until the deal is completed ot very close to it.

Exaggerations. That's what the media is famous for. I'm not fooling myself. You are. But I'm done dealing with you. Show some maturity, or don't post at all. I can't think of any club not saying they would like to have someone, and the deal falls through (erhm, REAL MADRID, JUVENTUS, INTER... etc).

i agree. 2nd Im so sick of hearing too expensive. we sound like a joke. Clubs like sunderland and livorno say to expensive. Unless its some genius ploy to bring down the cost, it just sounds.......cheap....and well classless

What does it change if it's Austria or not ? He made 3 or 4 amazing saves tonight. They were all one-on-one's.
He's been equally impressive against Milan in last 2 seasons in CL.

And give me names. I'm not bragging here but i'm serie A freak and i follow everything about serie A. I claim that there isn't a single Italian keeper better than him, apart from Buffon, of course.

10 million isn't too much at all if the keeper wins you ~10 points during the season and Boruc is a keeper that will certainly do that for Milan.

I don't think he's consistent enough... I think there are a few Italian keepers better than him... like Buffon, Amelia, Abbiati... it doesn't frankly matter to me why you think they aren't better. I don't really care.

My obsession? I don't understand your obsession with twisting my words around. I just suggested a non-Italian keeper... the 2nd choice Polish keeper, Fabianski... he may be cheaper than Boruc and he's also 5 years younger, but I guess that's something that went past your head.
