Tony29 has just about the best grasp on Serie A and Milan that i've ever seen...i'm continually impressed by his objectivity, facts, and knowledge of players/teams/history; the last person i'd question. You'd do well to learn something from him, rather than shriek at him.
Juve turning out like Valencia? Milan has a better chance of turning out like Valencia if Berlu decided to adios...

Its all good Jeff...I have some time, so I said let me see whats up on the mercato thread...

Several players have seen their stocks dropping during this competition....Gomez surely, Czech as well, and a few others...on the other hand, Marek has looked better, and so too has Simic..for whatever thats worth.

Veloso didnt impress for me for Portugal though...any feedback on his performance vs Switzerland?

After watch Germany vs Austria match, it seem I dissapointed with Gomez perfomance, should we go after him? I dont know if the price tag is too high.

This is our mercato so far :

In=> zambrotta,antonini,abate,flamini,boriello

out=> gila,pozzi,sammarco,oliveira

I would be happy if Milan do some purchase such as :

GK- very hard to find world class one but I prefer Boruc ( which perform well both in club and national team )

CB- here i would like Zapata or Felipe.They knows serie A very well and quite young to got lesson on defending tutored by Maldini or Nesta

AMC- i would like one young player that backups Kaka. I would be happier if he can also be midfield playmaker like Seedorf.Maybe we should use our 1 non EU spot here.

ST-Here I would like one striker with great physical attitudes such as Drogba,Benzema or Eto'o

im confused why we're linked to veloso. Moutinho has been the more impressive player.... plus we have enough DMs. Moutinho would offer us a replacement to pirlo and kaka, and hes more likel to get involved on defense. I think hes a younger, better deco

Sorry! Thought that you had added the word "fat" which I thought was excessively cruel.

Sorry again! (Even if I was only joking..thought that was obvious )

Instead of crying here like a baby i suggest you go and help Ronaldo. I hear he's still wondering why did the lady have only one hole when the other ladies he's seen usually have two.

Because as I re-iterated numerous time.....when you're drunk you tend to have double vision. (hence the appearance of two holes)....additionally who says guys only have one hole ....THAT must explain why your're so stuck up

It's very interesting how players like Gomez,Benzema and Gila have big breakout years and then are selected to there national teams and flop.
They have to be able to play on the big stage and with Milan you will be on the stage every week.
I have to think these players feel the pressure of the game levels every time they take the pitch.There has to be some kind of mental evaluation on these types of players.
I never saw a confident Gila when he played for Milan,was it the newspapers on a larger scale?the fans at the San Siro?I never saw him being tough minded.
Maybe that's why young Brasilian players do well,because they come from a tougher envirnoment?Same as the African players.
I know every time i watch a game live,i watch for body language and when Gila played he always seemed to have a look of did i scerw up again.
Milan was to big for him,that's the bottom line.

i wouldnt call benzema a flop yet. france as a whole has flopped. Gila and gomez were called to good national teams... and contributed nothing
