schweinsteiger is a quality player, that's for sure. but their style of play is completely different. Schweinsteiger is a winger, Seedorf isn't - although i dont know how to best describe him :P.... our (Carlo's) tactics dont make room for a winger - if we were to change though, i'd say Schweinsteiger would be a top priority for the wing(based on todays performance). Mancini would be cool too - on top of that it it possible to sign him pretty cheap now, or if no one buys him this summer, then for free in a year!!

i say the best player to replace our dutch playmaker, seedrof is by using another dutch playmaker afellay. I say leave afellay at psv this season, and buy him next mercato (whether summer or winter), especially if gourcuff doesnt work out.

Is that because Moutinho is injured? Or u just switch because Portugal lost?

moutinho fits more the mold of pirlo.

No Benzema, too expensive
no Gomez, too expensive
no Drogba, too expensive
no Eto'o, too expensive
no berbatov, to expensive
no r10(not really a striker but), too expensive
no ade, Gunners not selling.

Q.Why not huntelaar?
a. hmm, because he scores in the dutch league, that doesnt mean he can score in italy, eg.) alfonso alves when he went to england.


Huntelaar to me is a great option, not as expensive as the ones named above, Ajax, are willing to sell, and good height and finishing capabilities, maybe its the dutch league, but also look @ his international record. 22 games 18 goals for u21, and 13 games and 8 goals for the senior squad, including 1 game 1 goal in euro's. and i think he will be a great compliment to pato, and can deliver better than Gila when it comes to crosses, and will also learn from Inzaghi.

nope, i didnt switch, i love them both equally the same, and would still love moutinho, but if we were to acquire Veloso, i do not see milan purchasing Moutinho.

and im just bringing new names for new discussions, eg.) when i brought up moutinho everyone said no, they saw him and he wasnt impressive, but when euro start, everyone want moutinho to replace seedorf.

both play for me in fifa 08 and football manager.

but if i had to choose i would probably choose moutinho.

I think it is good that we don't overreact and make rash purchases; we don't blow through coaches like we did back then. But i sometimes get the feeling like our attitude is that we can do just enough to make sure we're safely qualified for the CL, and then hope that we can put together a stunning cup run. It was publicly stated that our objectives for the past year were 4th place; hardly inspiring to fans. I would've hoped that the scudetto is our main target this year, i hope that they think they can honestly win it and will play like it actually matters.

yeah i agree, i would prefer Huntelaar to no-one. Many people here know of my hatred of Galliani, and how i wanted him out after the calciopoli. Now i do think hes gone too far, and fans should show how we feel but not buying merchandise or season tickets.

what ever happened to Ismaïl Aissati, i know one year after we played PSV in Cl, we wanted him, but PSV wasnt selling, whats up with him now.
