I am sure that Dinho will move from Barca because of salary that will be the same but Barca will have to pay 50% more!

I seem to remember that a football fan on MM who watched the Galatasaray matches said that when Turan (LM) and Ribery (RM) used to play together, Turan was the better player among the two. If he came for 8-10 million euros, I certainly would like to have him.
I see where you're coming from, but I personally don't rate Turkish football. Furthermore, Turkish players have been far from spectacular when leaving for foreign adventures, even the much heralded ones like Emre. Sukur (Turkey's favourite son) also proves my point. The man was a scoring machine at Gala, but when he went to Italy he was simply atrocious. And if I remember correctly he scored two goals at Blackburn.

I think they lack technique and strength, and I don't think any are Milan material.

I just heard (GOLTV News) that Coupet has a buyout clause, with a value of $5M? This cannot be true?

If so...even if he is old, we should get him if the figure is that low....

Warro - I think Coupet is free right now, and no it wasn't me who had any wagers with you on Gila..but I am certain that Adebayor is not our first choice. Our first choice is someone else, but in the case where our bid for our first choice fails, then we will go for Adebayor and claim he was our first target all along. That's the sad part.

37 million for Adebayor? Mamamia, we have been struggling with money for 3 years and all that good work will go to Adebayor? ADEBAYOR? If it was someone of the calibre of Messi, Arshavin, Aguero then YES, go ahead...but 37 MILLION FOR ADEBAYOR? I am confident that our management is not insane.....i think?

They seem to be in love with Ade. 37 million for a player who had 1 incredible season. Big risk!

I doubt we'll get Dinho + striker simply because with Dinho we'll play 4-3-2-1 with Dinho and Kaka behind a striker. That would mean we have Pato, our new striker, Borriello AND pippo all fighting for one spot...something I don't think makes too much sense.

4-2-2-2 isn't a good option because it would give Dinho and Kaka too much of a defensive responsibility IMO.

I agree. In my opinion our first target is always Drogba. But Chelsea wont sell him IMO as Chelsea never deny or confirm about Drogba's status. It seems that they ignore all news about Drogba which means for me, they wont sell Drogba at any price.

Second target is Eto'o but he is way too expensive. Milan cant afford to buy him. Even if Milan can provide the money for Eto'o, I've heard he has huge wage that could be big problem for Eto'o as Eto'o is not Milan fans, nor has big desire to play in Italy.

So, the best possible option is Ade. He wants Milan (according to his agent on some news) and doesnt really care about that Milan will play in UEFA next season. Plus his wage is still in Milan's ability. The problem with him is only Arsenal's asking price.

Dont forget, Galliani is also unsere if Boriello will play with us next season or will be sold, thats what I understand from his statement in our official website.

But even Boriello stays, Milan can play 4-2-3-1 or 4-2-2-2 as you said. Dont worry, we have Carlo, he is genius.

Borriello?

The bold part is what I meant in my previous post. For me, it means that Galliani was (?is?) still not sure 100% if Boriello would play for Milan or not if he came to Milan (Galliani's comment was given before Milan bought the other 50% of Borriello's contract).

I think Adebayor may indeed work for Milan and I may be convinced... he does have the skills.

Borriello was brought back. I'd prefer to see Quagliarella but I don't think Udinese is going to let him go.

just for legality (aka i think this is a q for tony29) could milan even sell him for next season? I thought a club could only register with 2 team in a 12 month period. and if he was w/ genoa, and now on our books could he go elsewhere? Although he never played a game for us....
