Can you imagine that, a 4-2-3-1 formation with Ronaldinho, Kaka & Robinho playing behind Boriello, with Pato & Crespo on the bench! Ronaldinho = loan Robinho = 10 million Crespo = Free Fantasy line ups in overdrive with these rumours

with the right coach, he could be world class. He is very good, you saw it at sevilla, flashes w/ real madrid and brazilian national team.
I think he could be a steal. Could also bust, but hey... cant be worse than oliviera?

Not sure how he can suck if he was 3rd top scorer in the league and only 2 goals behind 1st placed Trezeguet. Now i'm not insane enough to think we'd ever get Ronaldinho & Robinho, i made that last post in gest. However, if he did play behind a trident Brazilian attacking force of Robinho (left), Kaka (middle), Ronaldinho (right), don't you think he'd score just as many if not more goals with the amount of chances those 3 would create? Hell i'd feel confident of scoring at least 10 goals in a season in front of those 3!!

borriello had 1 good season after many many failures. And with genoa they fed him millions of opportunities. In milan he wont get that...Kaka + (probably) dinho (or pato) take shots for themselves. Not to mention pirlo pushing up on occasion, seedorf etc etc. you need to be a higher class player, and take the opportunities you get. Hence why gila had a hard time succeeding.

I have a question for you all.
If Robinho was to terminate his contract, and Galliani says we will get one or the other who would u prefer Ronaldinho or Robinho. (you dont have to make a post just to answer, but put the individuals name @ the top of your post as the topic)

I totally agree with you, boriello isnt a good player, he just had a good season. The only reason he scored that much was because he was the focal point of Genoa's offense, I can bet anyone here, that If he was @ Milan last year, and play the same amount of games and minutes he played in Genoa, he wouldnt score half as much.

i just watched copa libertadores final..... thiago neves actually is pretty all around good. He is more box to box than i expected. He actually defends... I could easily see him playing like an iniesta. playing in the 3 man midfield perhaps in seedorf role.

Serie A sides get second foreigner
Thursday 3 July, 2008 The Federal Council has given the green light for Italian sides to have more than one non-EU player in their squad. Italian clubs have struggled to compete with their European neighbours in recent years, as they have been allowed no more than one player with non-EU status. In Spain, clubs may have three and in France four, whereas the Bundesliga demands that German sides have at least eight homegrown players in their squad. The change in Italy could render Serie A sides more active in the market and could see new players become targets. The law has passed, explained Italian Coaches Association head Renzo Ulivieri [pictured]. New talent can now arrive in Italy to reinforce our squads. For 2008-09, the rule will apply to Serie A sides who have the possibility of signing two non-EU players where at least one is to replace a non-EU player who has become a free agent or moved abroad. -- channel4 Last edited by Hasan Rossonero; 03-07-2008 at 12:23. |

As for the smileys you posted, I'm not against them going, but at the same time I've accepted that the admin are ok with them. Personally, I'm not offended by them, and the infrequent use of them on the forum doesn't particularly affect the atmosphere on the board. On the other hand, I frequently end up editing out swearing on the board. If you want to talk about this further, pm one of the mods or admins. |

Robinho in Madrid play in a unfair atmosphere...If he play great itīs GOD, if not he is the devil. Itīs hard for any player to deliever in these circumstances...despite that, he was amazing this year until the abdominal injure, and after fail to regain his old form, was the devil again...I know Robinho at Milan itīs dificult to happen, but as brazilian, Iīm rooting for Robinho leave Madrid. In our club Robinho would learn again what is a great environment, and a fair atmosphere...Btw, I hope he goes to Chelsea and play for Scolari. Robinho in our scheme can play where heīs at his best...support striker with a free role in the attack. He isnīt a winger, and isnīt hard to see that his best games at Santos, R. Madrid and Brazil NT had been played as support striker...plus, Robinho play for th team also, and help a lot on the defensive side. Regarding Ronaldinho, this guy is a legend. But I just donīt see the will to be great again. If he cmoes to Milan, great, and will pray for him to be a player again, but I have my doubts... |
