They have Lucas & Fabio Aurellio. They have a few Argentinians too for a South American connection (Mascherano, Insua and a tall left winger whos name i've forgotten).

Liverpool needed a second keeper capable of pushing Reina to keep him on his toes and, if needed, take over from him when he has a few flaps in goal. Itandjze just wasn't capable of doing that.

The only way we'd let Paloschi go to Lecce is if we knew we had another striker in the bag. There's no way we'd go through a season with just 3 strikers (Inzaghi, Pato, Boriello).

skeptical about MilanLab work lately,we have a lot of injured players last couple of seasons, and previously MilanLab was known as one of the best in the world.

Not sure we can help Dinho to comeback to his physical condition he used to be,,same goes fro janku and pippo(I meant they are injured a lot)

Is that Milan lab's fault or the fact that certain players were rushed back in or played too much without rest though ?

Tony, I just came across this article: http://www.channel4.com/sport/footba...logs/jh37.html

I was wondering what he was referring to in the last paragraph or so, when the writer talks about the new "english" model that Juve are adopting with regard to merchandising and stadium ownership.

Can u shed some light on this? The author believes this move by Juve will lend itself to increased income, and as such, increased viability in the mercato's of the not-so-distant future...

Or are these plans top secret?

hasn't last season tought you a lesson? we started with 3 strikers but played most of the pre chtistmas season with 2 because of ronaldo's fitness worries. sometimes we only got 1 striker because inzaghi has also missed some games. only after christmas we got a third striker in pato.

after last season it is obvious that our management isn't capable of putting together a decent squad. sad but true.

A Big Club Wants Ferrari - Agent

Matteo Ferrari’s agent, Gianni Corci, has revealed that his client is wanted by a “big club” and that there is profound interest from abroad as well

I would like to cnfirm that a big club is interested in Matteo but I would prefer not to mention any names he added

if it's not entirely their fault, then its gotta be part of it.
IMHO, it's also their job to make sure the player won't play until they're physically ready.

I actually feel the same as kastriots, which is a bit worry if we're gonna buy player who's not 100% ready nowadays, but hey, it's ronaldinho we're talking about... 70% of a ronaldinho is still a usefull player (better than 90% seedorf I think), though I'm hoping his condition will be more like 110% , so if he's available and his price tag is also ok, why not ? just wish the lab knows what they're gonna do.

I dont think that Dinho has hard core party habits, i think its more paper talk.
His no Adriano nor Ronaldo.

While dinho was playing great he was never mentioned in te same breath with party/orgy or smth else. When he startet to loose form the talks begin.

I think at this point, We cant get neither Ade nor Drogba. Which leaves us with Gomez and Berbatov, the former is good but I dont think his milan bond, Berba on the other hand is not the Big target man we are looking for, and dont get fooled his not gonna cost less than 30 mil eur. Plus if CR7 leaves for Madrid I`m sure that Berfba will end up in Man Utd.

Except the ones I dont know a big target man that can fill Gila`s boots..

So I guess that leaves us only with DInho, and if we get him for 25 mil,his worth the risk. The prospect of having a trident of Dinho,KAka,PAto with Pirlo and Flamini behind is mouthwatering

----Abbiati-----
Bonera Nesta Kaladze Zambro
------Flamini--Pirlo---------
Pato-----KAKA-----Dinho
-------Borriello(so doesnt fit here)------------

This doesnt look that bad really. We still lack squad depth, so 2 new team players will do the trick.

The lab wont, but we will have Kaka take him to bible study instead of the club...or maybe to the Bible-Bar for a few drinks of non-alcoholic wine after the bible study.

Question, was the Abate deal to Torino ever made official? I haven't seen any official news on that...

Anymore news on Cavalieri? I hear from goal.crap that Liversmool is putting a 5 million pound bid on him? They are cheap and I hope Milan outbids them.

Calciomercato are ok.
There is not such thing as "according to calciomercato..".
All they do is take news from different newspapers or TV and put them on their site. They always mention the source at the bottom of the article.
The advantage with calciomercato is that it's an Italian site and nothing is lost in translation, which is the case with channel4 or goal.com.
You can always find the news from Gazzetta on calciomercato, just like you can also find the sports news from all the other newspapers.
That's the thing i like there. I can check the source and decide by myself if it's reliable or not.

I never put attention to these things. I'm more into transfers and statistics
But i'll ask my fellow fans and i'll answer your question.

Heeey, it was me !!
It's just that me and Jamie have the same taste and we like the same players (great taste we have, may i add ) so he kept repeating how he wants Vargas in Milan.
But make no mistake, i was the scout in this case.
