It's hard to believe Milan wont buy R10 if they can get Adebayor as for me Milan cant resist R10 except Barca wont sell him. But what Galliani said is also logic to me.

Galliani was always saying logic things when it comes to money.
"we can't deal with that such price tag..., we can't match up on the wage..., impossible to reach amount they ask..., etc"

Now he's talking about environment, dressing room condition, social welfare gapping, etc. This guy must be improved much lately

@ Sant: I don't think we'll ever sign a replacement for Pirlo. Simply we'll change module, dropping on a classic 4-4-2 when Pirlo is not there.
Now we have Antonini and Abate who could do that, with Zambrotta and Jankulovski. Marek could well play as a left midfielder, as he did in Udine, while Antonini is more defensive.
Flamini and Gattuso would be perfect to pair in a 4-4-2 midfield.

Galliani named Albertazzi as a great promise among the defenders. A journalist asked him if he really believes Albertazzi can be the heir of Milan's great defenders. Galliani was really cautious.

Signing Adebayor the hothead will be the greatest mistake Milan will ever make ! I wonder if Galliani has ever seen the on-pitch bust up between him and Bentner during one of the EPL matches ? He'll definitely be a negative influence in the dressing ! Please, anyone other than Adebayor !!!!

Diego Cavalieri will sign with Liverpool today.

You are better off Comparing Nocerino with foggia since they are the same age. Personally I would prefer Foggia.

If we compare with Juve, then he should be compared to Lanzafame, a player playing in serie B last season. But he did well there. Of course age is a factor when talking about youth, if not then I propose you to find one Juve former youth player that is as good as Maldini is and have been.

I knew you meant Molinaro. He sucks, is one of the worst LB in serie A. Juve fans makes jokes about him and would probably rather play Ranieri himself there.
We should probably make a difference between young players developed through Juve's youth system and young players owned by Juve.
Juve do own lots of youngsters, but if you take a closer look you'll see that they weren't Juve's originally. They were bought by Moggi at younger age from some other clubs.
Palladino was bought from Napoli, Chiellini from Fiorentina, Nocerino from Napoli, Criscito from Genoa, Molinaro from Salernitana and many more who didn't develop well and now we don't even know their names.
What Moggi was doing was buying half of their contracts and letting them play for their original team, or some other minor team. The idea was to buy them back if they show much promise.
It was a good tactic. Co-ownership of the most promising Italian players. The plan was to take back the best of these players when they'll grow up, and save money later. Instead of buying some foreigner for 20-30m eur, Juve would have already owned a great player in that position.
Unfortunately, for Juve, only Chiellini payed the risk.

As you can see, this is very much different from what Milan were doing. Milan were developing the young players through their own youth schools.
That's why Kerlz thinks that Juve produced better players than Milan. The truth is, Juve didn't produce these players, they simply bought 50% of them when they were 17,18 yo.

But if you compare their youth schools, you'll see that Juve aren't any better than Milan. Today they are at the same level perhaps (Giovinco, Lanzafame, Marchisio are all born in Turin and played all their lives in Juve, while De Ceglie is in Juve since he was a kid) but in the past Milan always produced better players.
After Calciopoli Juve decided to "produce our own Ronaldinho", as Cobolli Gigli said, and much more money are invested in Juve's youth. Maybe that's why today we can compare Juve's youth to Milan's youth. But like i said, before 2006 Milan were always much better than Juve in this department.

To find the new great italian defender is extremely difficult. Untill now there is no replacement for the great defender after the last ones appeared, Cannavaro/Nesta.

Thanks. I don't know much of the status of the Juve players, only knows Del Piero was a Padova product.

I never mentioned Milan youths that was bought, like the ones you mentioned... Although we don't had that many. Borriello and Pozzi was two. Albertazzi got here last season.

To be honest, I would really prefer Zapata, Hernanes and Sheva, instead of just R10 and Ade.

As I still do not have confidence in the depth of our defence.
I promised to kiss the hairy ass of Galliani if the first one is true. Sure, I prefer other striker names and have some reservations about Ronaldinho's ever lacking fitness... Still, thos three names and everyone would fear us again. I am content with Ronaldinho and Zapata, bring in Benzema next year.

Yeah, Del Piero is a great example of what we're talking about. Juve bought him from Padova when he was 18 (almost sold him to Parma next year but luckily Dino Baggio saved the situation), he started in Juve's primavera but he was so talented that the senior players forced Trapattoni to start playing him in the senior team.
Many consider Del Piero as Juve youth product, but the truth is that just like Palladino, Nocerino, Chiellini etc, he was bought by Juve, he didn't develop through Juve's junior teams.

Maldini is what we can call a youth product. Giovinco and Paloschi, they're also products of Juve's/Milan's youth system.
As we can see, there is a difference.

there was alot of pressure to see him fired initially on. However media 20 years ago is not the way it is today. I think that contributes more so to it than italy or english climate. I lived in england for a while, the papers there r just as brutal.
However i concede you're right, they NEVER go after fergie anymore. He is godlike. Then again when has fergie finished outside the top 3? He's also always delivered entertaining brand of football

god dinho is such an internal argument for me. Because when i hear the name i think of his goals in the bernebeu and his electric few seasons then. But then reality tells me its been 2 years since he's produced that and he's 28 and slowing down and the opposite direction we must go...
