if we did purchase both pavlyuchenko and falcao. We'd sell borriello. Someone Roma is interested in..... We could also get THE BEAST instead of dinho. Beastbesstbeast!!!!

We're not selling Borriello after spending 10 million on him and plus a player...

A bad fact that I sadly can't refuse. But if Roma are really going into him, yeah... let him go with more than 10M (even though it will unlikely go)... Yeah... that's an IF...

Oh, and I'd prefer Dinho than the beast anytime.

Anyway Dinho and Falcao are two different kinds of player. Falcao is more like... err... David Villa.
I'm still for giving him a chance... it's irresponsible just to let him go like that and it doesn't speak well for Milan.

He can be paired up with another striker... who will that be? Who knows. Adebayor, Eto'o, Pavlyuchenko..

4 Point off the leaders, with the main striker fit for 3 months in the season, and the 2nd/3rd striker out with a broken leg since February.

One part I agree with is that the depth of the team is what cost Arsenal the title and Eboue lol.

I'm against the way Arsenal does its practices and I'm for buying players who are more developed, while buying a few starlets. Lets not start building a team around that because there is always the consistency problem.
Refuse to pay who and what exactly? You're trying to tell me Adebayor is worth 120 K a week oh please. He asked to be paid Henry's wages when in truth he will never be fit to lace henrys boots not in this life and not ever. As much as I admit Adebayor is a good footballer he needs to fix up, one good season does not make him Henry or any other class footballer. This brings me on to the next point that Adebayor is a good footballer but not a great footballer, 10 chances = 1 goal. The difference between Arsenal and other teams is money, Arsenal are heavy in debt but is mickey mouse money compared to the amount United owe, but at the same time Arsenal have the best revenue in the PL, in a few years when the money is all paid for who will be in the best position?

Also Im interested into what Wenger will do with the money he makes from Adebayor.

most places say we spend 6-7 mil. Which is about right since we owned half of him. Anyway carlo doesn't like him. I agree with you its highly unlikely. But I wish we would. I just rate so many strikers higher than him who r in same price range...

They fell hard that is a fact.

Their refusal to pay other players half decent wages.... it's not just Adebayor but other players... their failure to renew Flamini's contract is just another example of the lack of management. It's apparent. They have one of the most unsettled teams in the EPL... with many players signaling their intention on leaving.

He's only to get much better and he is world class. But 10 chances? That's an exaggeration. He's world class flat out.

6-7 in pounds, 10 in euro... And don't forget we gave Genoa Di Gennaro as part of that deal.

my point on arsenal is there scouting and development is to be admired. Not how they treat there players afterwords. Arsene wenger consistently plucks players and develops them well. He should coach our primavera LOL. There treatment of players once established is terrible

I don't think we should have anything to do with Wenger, and I do not admire how they get these young players often unethically.

Bro...this is unfair. We dont own our own stadium, and the Serie A commands peanuts from the global TV market.

I think that is an excellent return, and probably more than most Italian clubs (probably only Juve and Inter can have similar returns)

Thus, with just those two income streams being mere trickles, as compared with Arsenal, Man U, and other English clubs, we cannot expect more...or can we? Personally, I dont think so...worse now that there is a collective agreement in Italy, either in place, or on the way with regards to TV rights.

Again...sell up to whom? People who make this statement should also indicate who they think would not only afford the club, but to continue to bring in the silverware that Berlu“s tenure has realised.

Why Berlu hasnt placed his children at the head of the company is his business...and maybe he doesnt think that they are capable...

What is interesting though, is that there have been over 10,000 season tickets sold, according to acmilan.com, and 9,000 signatures. That says volumes for me, as to what the overall feeling is among Milan fans.

I'm not even close to ready to call Adebayor world class, you're having a laugh.
A little humility might be nice, as Arsenal beat us out of the CL and had a good shot at the title, while we lost and weren't even close to the title except for August 31 when the season started. They are a good team, and will be a good team. They had some bad luck with the horrific Edouardo injury which frankly, I think mentally ruined some players. I mean, imagine being on the pitch to see that-gruesome. Arsene can be a ****** (especially when he always claims he "didn't see it" if it was a penalty against them) but he is a good coach.

Why buy a player like Adebayor if it's only about money that makes him move to Milan. He has never once stated that he would like to play for Milan because of our history or playing in the Serie A.And why would a player leave a chance of being in the CL if it was not only for money,he smells like trouble to me.

Major gamble

Adebayor is a great striker, and according to all italian coaches that have been asked about it, they answered he's the right player for Milan.
I personally watched him play in Milan - Arsenal live at San Siro and i must say he's physically impressive. He's the perfect player to play near Kaką and Pato.

I was convinced many simply can't get pleased before the summer mercato even started, as i've followed many mercati on this board and i know the usual habits. But i hope this need of new names doesn't turn into some sort of neurotical hysteria.

For a team like Arsenal to even consider selling there top striker like they did with Anelka to Real Madrid, tells me that it's the right time to sell Adebayor.
I think he has peaked in Wengers system and yes he is good player don't get me wrong. But what is Milan really getting?
Our opinions are not stronger than ones of coaches,Wenger to let him go at the age of 23 is just something i would not like to deal with.
