According to Sportitalia anchor man Michele Criscitiello, Fiorentina could swoop again on Fluminense defender Thiago Silva; the tuscan club had already offer last month 8 million Euros, but the negotiation failed because the player was evalued 13 millions; now the two clubs could find an agreement on a 10 million Euros basis.
----------------- and then he can be successful and we can bid 25 mil for him in 2 seasons

Some among us were critizing the management for not so active in the transfer market. Now if things continue this way, I for one will have great confidence in the management if and only if they would be able to capture Dinho, Adebayor and Shev at the same time. if this happens, i would prefer Simic, Favalli and Brocci to be sold and Borriello to be loan or sold as well. We would be left with Adebayor, Shev, Pato, and Inzaghi in the attack line which will be a perfect group.
Kaka and Dinho will be a perfect combination behind the forward, that leaves the option for seedorf to be sold. In the midfield, we have Pirlo, Gattuso, Ambrosini, Flamini, and Emerson, which is also very competitive. In the defence, we have Daniel B., Nesta, Kaladze, Maldini, Jangl, Zambrotta and I will use the cash obtained from Seedorf, Brocci, Simic, Favalli, and Borriello to fund Lucio from Bayern, Frey/Boruc and another defender. I believe this will be a perfect team to challenge for all competitions ahead. What do you guys think. What are your comments |

Emerson doesn't bother me as much as brocchi. Although what does it say when 2 of our midfielders have severly receding hairlines...

Inter is linked with Ronaldinho
http://www.transfermarketweb.com/?ac...ad&idsel=20555 I think its Bull but then again Moratti and Laporta have a good relationship, so if true it would be a big blow for Galliani's Transfer strategy. Last edited by Kerlz; 12-07-2008 at 22:46. |

By the way, it's interesting that: Sheva and Dinho are now begging to leave their respective clubs to Milan, even they're willing to take paycut as much as about 50%... Arsenal now are offering Adebayor at 50% price cut, because he demands crazy amount of wage they can't afford, so he hopes to receive more wage at Milan... Clearly see the difference, huh? And if there are people talking about respect, I have more respect for Dinho and SHEVA who are willing to join (or rejoin) our club regardless of wage.

Due to injuries with Emerson last season, I will give him one more season in milan before making any judgement against him. He is also a versatile player that can be utilize in many positions and thrust me, he is still a very good player. He just need time to find his form.
I will in no way choice Mexes over Lucio. Lucio is far a better option and arguably the best in his position at the moment. He is very aggressive, good in the air, perfect ball control, overlapping defender, strength and stamina to support the mid-field and attack. Perfect player for Milan standard and not a trouble maker. Bayern are not ready to lose him but if an offer is onthe table follow by his wishes to leave, we could get him for very small amount. What do you think? |

I hope for R10, Sheva, Adebayor, Hernanes, a GK and Zapata to come
and Seedorf, Brocchi, Borreillo, Simic, Favalli and Dida to leave |

Eh... heh... I've just seen a lot of Mexes... and not so much of Lucio... so I'm more comfortable with Mexes... but I don't know. Mexes just has qualities I'd like to see... but it's doubtful we would get him. And about Lucio, from what I hear, I don't think Bayern will let go of him. |

Yes, but he's old. We don't need a 30-year old at our defense, which as someone said, only have Bonera as a player below 30. Mexes is only 26 and will be available at reasonable price especially if Roma need the money to get Mutu or manye we could use Borriello to the deal. Fabiano Santacroce could be a great, CHEAP long-term hot prospect. Other possibly additions I could mention are Mertesacker from Werder... But Santacroce is my no.1 preference.
