Actually Adebayor's personal agent is Stephane Courbis. Morabito was playing the same role that Bronzetti is playing right now. Bronzetti is the agent of Italian clubs (Roma and Milan) in Spain whereas Morabito is the agent of Italian clubs in England. He was also the agent who linked Hleb with Inter.

I assume they are both being paid already... and wouldn't collect any additions fees unless a move was made.

On a legal note, the agent gets his commission whenever the parts he put in contact sign a contract. Not just when dealings are arranged.

Another reason why i can't see other strikers arrive is that, using the 4--3-2-1 formation don't require more than 3 strikers for one spot. We have 3 strikers (Pato, Borriello, Inzaghi) and three attacking midfielders (Seedorf, Kakà, Ronaldinho maybe).

It's simply not enough... we still need a strong physical striker... Pato is still very young, Inzaghi is getting older and would only be playing a few major matches, Borriello I even have my concerns about... I still hope we get a 4th striker. Most teams have more than 3 strikers as it is... some have 4... Inter has what? 6 strikers?

We shouldn't play the 4-3-2-1 formation anymore if it isn't working...

Anyways I must run and ship this old laptop I sold on ebay... I got a great amount of money for it... heh... good deals all day today One for me, one for Milan.

Yes but the wages aren't paid in one lump sum and neither (usually) is the transfer fee.

4-3-2-1 has won us the last 2 CLs. It is impossible that we will give up on that formation.

True, Jim, but Milan failed to qualify for CL. Therefore, consider a missed income average from 30 to 50 M. This fact only could make our transfer campaign less than average.
Milan sold Gilardino, whose contract was around 3M and put Flamini and Ronaldinho inside, whose contract are 4, 5 and 6+.

We're ending this mercato with three world class players, in Flamini, Zambrotta and, hopefully, R10. I think we should be rather satisfied.

I think it has been clearly shown that we will not get another goalkeeper this year, Galliani has stated it and now with the words of Dida trying to prove that he will get back to #1 I think the issue is closed for this year and it's a waste trying to worry about it.
We don't have the extra income, like Giovanni said, to afford another big name. If you look back to a post I made previous, once we qualify for CL next year, we'll get the big name forward I believe. The only way is if we could make money off of Borriello and then get someone. Otherwise, it stays as it is. Plus, management seems to think that Borriello plays the "big forward" role anyway, so I'm pretty sure they think he can do enough for us to make it to 4th. Plus, according to Carlo, Kaka' is a striker so there you go. Is Paloschi staying or has he gone on loan? If he stays, it's Pato, Pippo, Cream-boy, Kaka', and Palo. We'll have WAY too many forwards for Carlo!

According to Sport, Ronaldinho's brother and agent, Roberto de Assis, met with AC Milan's vice-president, Adriano Galliani, to hear the Rossoneri's offer for the two-time FIFA World Player of the Year.

After the meeting, which took place at the hotel Rey Juan Carlos in Barcelona from 16:45 to 17:45, De Assis and Galliani headed to Camp Nou, where they are currently in negotiations with Barça president Joan Laporta and the club's Director of Football, Txiki Begiristain.

It is also believed that Ronaldinho himself is at the club's facilities and has joined the negotiations table after missing the club's first pre-season training this morning

Ronaldinho arrived in Barcelona this lunchtime and went to the Camp Nou to discuss his future with Txiki Beguiristain and Josep Guardiola.

This afternoon Ronaldinho and his representative Roberto de Assis were at the Camp Nou to discuss the future of the Brazilian star with FC Barcelona technical secretary Txiki Beguiristain, coach Josep Guardiola and director of football Raul Sanllehí.

The two sides agreed to allow two or three days to finalise the transfer of the player to one of the clubs which have shown an interest in signing him. If the operation cannot be confirmed in this time the player will rejoin squad training.

A good end

The two sides have also reasserted their wish that Ronaldinho should leave the club in the way he deserves after the enormous contribution he has made in his five seasons at FC Barcelona.

“The club is very grateful to Ronnie for everything he has done for Barça,” said Barça manager Pep Guardiola today at a press conference. “People will have marvellous memories of him.” Guardiola added that as a fan he had enormously enjoyed watching Ronaldinho play for Barça.
