The info about Barca rejecting Milan's offer comes from the Spanish news agency EFE. They aren't quoting anyone, they only say that the source is someone close to Barcelona.
It doesn't sound too reliable.

Barcelona on the other hand put an official statement on their site saying only that the negotiations are going to continue with both Milan and Manchester City. (they put the statement some 40 minutes ago)
