frey was only 20 then...he was in amazing form this season. 28, good age for gk, basically saved fiorentinas asses.

yeah i think market is closed on big names... but should a player of interest want to leave (like gallas at arsenal) or some young noneu players interest... we may see those. i just dont expect an eto'o or gomez or some europen league name

nesta and gilardino 'we arent interested'.... boom last minute jump in. so no1 knows. i think we'll sell before we buy though

Kalac played really well last season. Anyway, it is more than doubtful that we will buy a new keeper.

I'm like "eh" about Kalac... he's a good keeper and a good back-up, but not wonderful... he's also getting older... either way, we got Abbiati back on loan and I like him more than Kalac, and certainly more than butter fingers...
