I have no problem with Crespo! Especially if it means Paloschi can be loaned (which NEEDS to happen so that he can come back a star!)

Disappointing about Ivanovic. But it is logical that Chelsea wouldn't want to ultimately sell him (especially for less than they paid for him barely 8 months ago). Anyway, we need to move on and find another CB as soon as possible.

Ivanovic's agent is saying that Chelsea are pretending as if they do not want to sell their player and also there has been a sudden drop-out by Milan for the player.

These sudden drop-out's by Milan usually yield nice results I am hoping for Alex to be signed as a surprise.

I must say that management is working hard () to ensure the re-emergence of the "milan quality" status quo Getting rid of Digao and Simic is a step in the right direction....They were NOT Milan quality

all they need to do is get rid of Brocchi, Favalinho and get us a good CB and Milan quality will once again mean "only the best"

From what I've seen Thiago Neves is a trequartista-kinda-player like Kaká, whereas Hernanes is more like Xavi, so I don't think you can compare them. Except for the fact that Thiago Neves was voted the best player in Brazil ahead of Hernanes (but as I can't watch the Brazilian league I don't know if he deserved it )

I think Abraão said Hernanes was the better player, even though Neves scores more goals, but i can't be sure. Maybe we'll get one of them to replace Seedorf

I remember that too, but really it all depends on which type of player we need. Currently the midfield department is hardly the part of our team that needs the most strengthening, but as you mention the day will come where Seedorf needs to be replaced (sooner rather than later, I say, before he makes Galiiani give his children professional contracts ).

What sort of player that should replace him depends on our formation. If we'll continue to use the 4-3-2-1, we'll need another attacking midfielder to play back-up to Kaká and R10, er, I mean R80. In that case I'd prefer (from what I've seen) Neves.

On the other hand, our central midfielders are getting on in years too (Ambro, Gattuso, Pirlo, not to mention Emerson and Brocchi ) and we should learn from having so many 'unskilled' central midfielders (= all bar Pirlo) at the club and what that did to us last season, and buy players in the Hernanes or Cigarini-mould.

So my conclusion: Next season, Berlu, bring us both Neves and 'Nanes .

I just watched Danish team FC Midtjylland beat Man City 1-0 in Manchester (UEFA Cup)! Says a little something about the state of our team when it's missing some key players, that Man City beat us with that very same score.

Midtjylland>Man City>Milan - It should be the other way around...

The kid reminds me of Rivaldo... that left foot is worth anything they ask for it.

Neves? Who? I watched him with curiosity during the Libertadores Cup, Carioca '08 and now Brasilerao. I don't like him too much, he has a good left foot, yes, but . . . and then?
