this must be the best milan's squad since a long time even though they are a bit ageing. i hope they can win everything this season! cant believe sheva is back, and senderos's capture is a nice surprise too! we have 27 very good players! we have too many attackers but thats fine just in case of injury.

Key is to get the energy going.

It's Dida's; he should regain his form even though I ultimately doubt that he could but I also hope he could.
It's Kalac's; he directly was responsible for the goals, he's a backup but he can't do his task as a backup: played well when the first-team player is unable to play.
It's management's: why they don't get any better GKs?

It's everyone's fault, so stop blaming some individuals only. Even I consider myself somewhat guilty because I'm not a good GK; if I were a world-class GK I'll sign for Milan and do much better than those two

And I don't understand why people aren't happy with Senderos. He's a starting player for Arsenal within several seasons, still quite young, better and more proven than Ivanovic, had great matches with Switzerland NT, etc. What are you hoping from mgt now? If you want Zapata, Vidic or etc, let's collect moneys from MM members and give it to poor old Berlu. Maybe from about 1000 MM members, one could give 10000 euros and collect 10M euros so we could buy one decent player we want, and I'll call that a real contribution for our beloved club.

What? Kalac at the moment is our second or third string goalie and for that sort of a role, he's fine. No one said he was starting material. Only problem was Dida was so bad last year that we had to bench him, and Kalac was the only other option we had. BTW, Kalac played excellently when called upon. He made some crucial saves and was far more solid than Dida.

It's easy to blame him for this and for that, esp the Arsenal goal, but shouldn't our midfielders and defenders also be to blame for allowing Fabregas so much time to attempt a shot? Dida may have fumbled a cross and given Arsenal the lead early in the game, I mean who knows. But to blame Kalac for our problems is not fair---IMO, he did his job very well, stepped in for Dida and remained solid for the rest of the season. This season I think it's only fair that he competes directly with the other 2 for the starting job, and from the looks of it, Abbiati is our man.

Milan needs grit and determination this year, we didnt have it last season. With the roration options we have now, its possible. I hope players will work serious and hard, unlike last season. Galliani said correctly: " this is a team for the scudetto, Carlo knows it." And from the first round we need to win it. Derby is in 5th round, and by then we need to have 12 points! 12!

No one is blaming Kalac for our problems last season; that's a bit of an exaggeration. He was solid until the Arsenal loss, after which he regressed back to his normal self.

Anyway, the point Jeff was trying to make is in regards to the double standard regarding the fans' reaction to Fabregas' goal. It was almost like, "Darn, Kalac just knocked us out of the CL. Bummer." Had Dida let it in, he'd have been drawn and quartered in an instant, and everyone knows it.

I hate to break it to you, bro, but a video game and reality are a wee bit different from each other.

It means, you are not the fans that Sheva will try to win their heart as he 'already' did in that game.
