“Pato knows that he must do more. Last season he was more active on the pitch, more decisive, more determined and must return to be so. The Brazilians in general have a culture of work different than ours. The face work with more fun and less concentration, but then when they arrive here they understand the work philosophy there is in Italy and they get used to it. We have examples like Cafu, Dida, Emerson. The same Pato will have to understand it and his work must be the instrument to do well on Sunday.
“Shevchenko instead only trained three times with us. I saw him very motivated, he strongly wanted to return and is living this with a lot of enthusiasm and conviction. He’s a Shevchenko different than the one who left. I spoke with him in the first days of August and he told me that he had a great desire to play.” Seems like Pato might be 2nd to Sheva.

If what Carlo and Leaonardo are true (I do believe it's true), than he should be second to Sheva if Sheva does better in training.

Thats not fair, Pato came to bail us out when we needed him the most and should be given a chance before Sheva. Sheva left when we needed him the most. But whoever scores is good lol

I would say motivation here is impt; it's also important to have role models around Pato (as striker, not just defenders like Paolo Maldini). I think Sheva can potentially redeem himself and be the role model.

Inter's go ahead goal was such a gift....indeed, last season's favouritism seems set to continue.
Think we would ever get a call like that?

In a delicate time like this, Carlo will surely go with experience... I think tomorrow's line up will be
Abbiati Zambrotta, Maldini, Kaladze, Jankulovsky Flamini, Pirlo, Ambrosini Seedorf, Ronaldinho Shevchenko

christmas tree again...!!
its so predictable,we should opt for a 4-2-3-1..if we score the first goal,we'll win with a big margin..if they score first we'll have a struggle in our hands..i still hope we can play pato along with sheva.. abbiati zamb-senderos-maldini-jank flamini-pirlo/ambro kaka'-pato-ronnie sheva ![]() Last edited by regin; 14-09-2008 at 02:16. |

It's still unclear mate which formation will be used. There is probability that we will use 4-2-3-1 system but knowing that we play away (means Milan will have more space), the probability goes to old system, 4-3-2-1. But who knows, Carlo may try the 4-2-3-1 system again as like he and Tasotti said they want to use this formation and to be accustomed with this formation.

I dont know if you guys have seen this news, but our new here is MASSA! To translate in short: Massa is in Italy for Monza F1 race, and Mazerazzi is a fan of Massa, as he was a great fan of Senna. Materazzi wanted to give him Inter's shirt with Massa on so he can wear it, but Massa refused and said he cant wear Inter's shirt as he is a Milanista. Materazzi asked again and said he would really like him to take the shirt, but Massa refused again! HAHAHA!!! To cheer you a bit before another 4-5-1 today ![]()

Lol for the story with Massa ... it's funny !!
For the few French people: Milan will be shown (again HIHAAAAAAAA) on Canal+ Sport live at 15 :00 ... it seems like the fact that Ronaldinho has come, and probably Flamini too, will make our team diffused on Canal+ channels (Canal+ Sport, Sport +, TPS Star). I'm a bit afraid about Diego Milito who comes back to his "kingdom" and will want to show that he can score against any team !! And like our defense is a bit in difficulty since the start of the season ... Last edited by GeoTav; 14-09-2008 at 06:25. |
