Winter Mercato

Ramos is a great player.But he is not a complete player yet.He needs to get matured.I have seen him many times doing some stupid fouls, getting some stupid yellow cards, or doing some stupid big errors. That guy has it all to be the best DC or RB of the world, he plays with much of tense and passion in every game and i think thats the key why he makes some erros or other not needed fouls. I rhink in future he will gain the maturety he needs and then he will be for sure the best for his role.
For now, for that current time i think D.Alves is the best RB.And even if Ramos in future be the player i think(the thoughts i wrote) i don't think he will better than D.Alves for RB position. From the things i have seen from D.Alves i have not seen it from any other RB of that world.D Alves is by far better RB from Alves.
And remember something else, Alves can play everywher in Right position, Right Back,Right Winger,Right Midfielder,Right Attacking midfielder.Instead of Ramos who can play only as a DC,RB and maybe DM.
My final opinions: If we want a RB i choose Alves.If we want a DC then choose Ramos.

There are MANY better central defenders than Ramos, even in the same age group: Zapata, Santacroce, Godín etc.

Sergio Ramos is a RB, no doubt about it. If we bought him to play in the centre of defence, we would be wasting his talents. It's like buying Flamini in order to play him at LB.

I think only Ramos, now we have all mid and attack position filled, we are tinn in defence buy we need just him Ramos (probabily the best defender in the world at the moment).
And i forget, sorry, we need goalkeeper, yes Abiatti is good, but not great, we must bring Boruc.
This two, that's all we need. Plus some potencial youngers like that 9 old Gato, he is extraordinary, i lost any words, he will be THE ONE.

i don't know what have u seen in alves cause i saw him and he is not better then ramos but he is nowhere look him now at barca he is the worst player there Ramos can play RB,CB,DM,RW cause he has technique,body,he is great header great jump what else do you want but noraml he still needs to grow but he is better then alves NOW and he always will be.And Ceceves i like Zapata,Santaccroce cause this godin i even don't know him -4- but they can't be better then ramos.My first choice would be Agger,Ramos or Zapata,Santaccroce.

I was just saying that if we want a RB then choose Alves instead of Ramos.I was talking only for that position.

My opinion i think Ramos in 2-3 years he would be more good at DC position.I know there are many others DC with great skills like him to be a DC but i would choose Ramos for his age and that he is already in a great team like R.Madrid and he is a key player wich means he can play in world class teams easily. Well is a lot of different playing in Udinese and playing for R.Madrid.
My opinion i would choose jim firstly for DC position and then for RB.
Ending i can't see R.Madrid leaving him to us without us giving Kaka to tem!So i can't see that transfer, eccept if ......................we make and ofer of 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000€

So because you don't know him he can't be as good as Ramos! But those three + Agger are better CENTRAL DEFENDERS than Ramos. And I don't think you can say that Ramos is able to play DM and RW, as he's only played in each position once or twice - It's like saying Rio Ferdinand can play in goal 'cause he did it once after van der Saar got redcarded .

Also, you're being too harsh on Dani Alves. Attack-wise he's the best fullback in the world (and the best I can remember), though he tends - as a result -to get out of position in defence...Just like Ramos, really. Saying that he's the worst player in Barcelona is unfair, especially considering he's only played a handful of games for them.

Well, I respect your opinion, and I too see Ramos playing DC in the future - but not in "2-3 years". In 8-10 years when his pace diminishes I imagine he will be moved into the centre of defence. But untill then he's just too good going forward to play him as a DC.

But, as I said before, it's fairly pointless to discuss him as he wont leave Madrid. I mean we're talking about a player who - after one season as a Madrid player - was already saying "Madrid hasta la muerte!"...

I said that i saw him playing now in barcelona and in last 3 games he was the worst player i didn't said i haven't seen him playing.My favorite young defenders that i would like to sign our team are:Sergio Ramos,Agger,Santaccroce or Zapata these will be in future top defenders Ramos is top but in next 2 or 3 years he will be the best like of Maldini and Nesta,this boy Ramos is special remember this.I aggre totally with rossoneri 11 who said is a lot of different playing in Udinese and playing for R.Madrid.This boy he is leader with 22 years old he is leader of one of greatest teams in world cause real madrid is top class team just like us.

I have just two 'problems' with him: Firstly we would be wasting our money by signing him to play in central defence (as he's a RB and there are better alternatives at CB - and cheeper ones); and secondly that we don't have the money to sign.

Im glad you know that ramos is special .And it's not waste of money if u put him in CB cause u can use him on CB RB DM and he will play great.And we have money to buy him why not.

i just think that we need at least about 25m for sergio ramos,(real got him for 23 if im not wrong)...
and i say that with that amount we can buy both zapata+santacrocce
or one of them(i hope santacrocce)and a decent gk..
we dont need a rb,and ramos playing there(cb) is just a waste of his talent(as caceves said before)..
personally i think there is absolutelt no chance well get him..
