I think here would be a good chance to try to fit Kaka R80 and 2 strikers all in one lineup. When all our strikers are fit, we may be forced to do it...so we might as well try it now. Depends on Dinho's level of fitness because he has played quite a bit recently.

My lineup is: Abbiati; Zambrotta, Bonera, Maldini, Jankulovski; Flamini, Seedorf; Kaka, Ronaldinho; Pato, Sheva

Carlo's lineup will most likely be the same back 4...same gk. but then we'll have Seedorf, Ambro, Gattuso, Kaka, Ronaldinho, Pato. I'm 180% sure of this

This match is indeed an opportunity to rest Seedorf, and test the Ka-Pa-Ro trident...would also love to see Cardacio...if he doesnt start, I doubt he will play. Carlo likes to go with experience generally, and especially to close out games.

Flamini is also a question mark in the sense that Carlo may again opt for Ambrosini and Gattuso....especially if Cardacio does indeed play. Flamini and Cardacio I can hardly see being on the pitch together.

FORZA MIIIIIILAN!!

I hope for a victory, believe we can do it, and think we will.

who is talking about cardacio here :d Carlo wil NEVER play him!!! he isnt even included in silly games for the uefa cup. maybe he get some minutes int the coppa...

For this game!!
Borriello is the one we need for these games! but too bad he isnt available.
Seedorf has to play in the pirlo role again! not 3DMs as that is a crime!!! lock carlo up if he does play 3 DMs! the only hard thing for carlo to to IMO is the choice between dinho and shevchenko. Kaka will play and also pato will play. And probably it is the best to play with 2 strikers against the smaller teams... so the choice will be shevchenko!! but on the other hand theres no player who can decide a game as much as ronaldinho!!! He's one of my favourite milan players already. let me tell you for those who are still critical about him!

-he was BRILLIANT in our opening game!! By far the best on the pitch, he shouldve got an assist or 3 if his creations were finished!

-He had only a few minutes in the few other games after... but he showed some nice touches and skills... but nothing too fantastic!

-He had a FANTASTIC pass to kaka in the inter game, then kaka crossed the ball and dinho scored! dinho was the man who setted up (spelling) the goal!!
He was very important in that most important game of the season so far!

-last thursday, he gave a brilliant assist again, shevchenko finished it! But again it was dinho who decided the game with some magic! so please carlo let dinho play!

Just saw the Gazzetta formation, i'm not sure if they make good predictions but this one seems nice

I would like Flamini instead of Ambro

That Gazzetta lineup looks about right. Ambro would take left, and Seedorf in the middle, though. They move around naturally, but they'll always revert to Ambro and Rino flanking Seedorf; as in the derby.

KaPaRo seems like its set for now. It feels like our only non-Borriello attacking alternative. Its fast, dynamic and unpredictable. It works best against teams that give you space (Roma, Inter, Fiorentina, etc) and not against brick walls like Cagliari. This means we're probably going to get another frustrating game.

Milan will go all out in the first 15 minutes. Janku and Zambro will play as wingers almost, and you'll see shot after shot rain in. If we score in the first third of the game, we'll have an easy time controlling the situation. If we go into half time without scoring or losing then its going to be a tough night. We need a bit of luck for that to happen, but if we keep furiously banging on that wall eventually its going to crack open.

Starting formation------> (4321) Rino, Seedorf, Ambro, Kaka, R80, Pato
Winning at min 75------> (4321) Rino, Flamini, Ambro, Kaka, Seedorf, Pato
Losing/Draw at min 75--> (4231) Flamini, Ambro, Seedorf, Kaka, R80, Sheva

This game depends on Janku and Zambro. They're going to be far more aggressive and will attack a lot more than in the Inter game. If they manage to get to the byline often, and cut back to Seedorf or Kaka for a goal, we'll be okay. Seedorf, R80 and Kaka drift to the left, so we'll see a lot of crosses to the far right post. Ambo needs to be there always. Without Borri, he's our only dangerous head. Its the last game in this sequence. We did well to regain our position. We need to end it well and come back strong after the break.

Forza Milan.

Ambro has certain qualities that Flamini doesn't, namely his goal threat in set pieces and crosses. Also, Flamini is worrying me with his aggression. He could have been sent off in almost all the games he played. What's up with that? Maybe once Flamini settles in and calms down he could command a starting spot, but right now he's too raw.

!!!!

If Carlo plays Seedorf, Rino and Ambro is this 3dms!!?!??? In my opinion its not a crime!!!! Ambro, Rino and Emerson is a crime!!!! But the only time he ever played this is when we're locking down and forcing a win!!!!! Shevchenko and Pato have similar movements, and they can't play together!! They're both second strikers, and need to be paired with Pippo or Borri to work in a 2 man attack!!! Not together!! I agree, Ronaldinho is becoming integral to our team, especially as we currently lack Pirlo!!

I don't know if Seedorf needs resting. He has two weeks to rest after this game. He can suffer through one more game. After Pirlo gets back, he won't be playing every game. I have a feeling Carlo is giving him more playing time now so he won't complain later. Seedorf really did well the past few games, enough in my opinion to force Ambro out instead of himself. Cardacio is nowhere near first team material. He should be in the reserve team. If anyone needs more playing time, its Flamini.

I disagree with your lineup. I don't think we should start with a 4231. He might do it late in the game if we're losing, but he won't start this way. The Bologna game showed how imbalanced it is, and its not worth the risk. He may feel like he fixed the defensive confusion in training, but i'd rather he wait a few more weeks to feel more comfortable with it. I still think 4231 is our best option, especially with Pirlo gone, but you can't fundamentally change tactics in an instant. This isn't PES. Players get used to movements and positioning, and things are totally different with only 2 defensive midfielders.

Brk you cant say "go suck a dildo!" to someone you dont agree with! Its not normal behaviour man! Aldough that statemant that we will not loose a single game untill the end of the season is one of the dummest i've heard for a while.

About the game:

Maybe it would be better to play Kaka'-Pato-Sheva today as Cagliari will most likely defend with 7-8 man. But Carlo is probable relying to Dinho's magic that is capable of solving the games. And Sheva is still not that old Sheva, aldough he has improved.

Iwould play Flamini instead of one of Rino or Ambro as Flamini can create more and plays better with Zambro on the right. And its is absoluitely necessary to play Seedorf as he will have two weeks off to preapre more, so will Dinho. Maybe its Rino that we dont need in this game, but Carlo rested him gainst Zurich so he will most likely play. Probable the Gazzetta lineup is right.

Maybe "Ka'-Pa-Ro" thing can solve this game with some brilliance. But even with that we will need a great play from Seedorf and fullbacks, with some fast passing and opening up wide spaces. Too Bad Boriello isnt ready yet for crosses.

forza ragazzi!

Even if we field 4-2-3-1, it would be: Flamini-Rino-Kaka'-Dinho-Seedorf-Sheva/Pato- Not Seedorf as a CM.

It will be:

rino-----flamini/ambro
----seedorf--------
kaka---ronnie---

i think thats the position seedorf should play(and will be)
if both kaka and ronnie are playing,he really conects our ''back'' team with our "front"..if we re playing with 2 sc
then he will play more upfront with kaka..

Half time scores are looking good, Roma and Juve losing points, only fiorentina leading.

Atalanta-Sampdoria 2 : 1

Chievo-Fiorentina 0 : 1

Genoa-Napoli 1 : 1

Juventus-Palermo 1 : 1

Reggina-Catania 0 : 0

Siena -AS Roma 1 : 0

Udinese-Torino 1 : 0
