Clarence off Emerson on. Carlo couldn't resist the 3 DM temptation

No Nesta today....Pippo on for Borriello. Maybe Nesta doesn't feel 100% yet

3-0 inzaghi

but i must say, this was a pretty frustrating game up until the referee gifted us the match by giving them a red card and a goal to us...

That was a clear penalty, simple as that.As for the Red card, I feel it was unfair to the player cuz the distance was very short, but the rules are very strict, every handball in the box should be awarded a yellow card.

IMO, Emerson is more then just a DM. He may have been in the past, but this season as I've seen him, he plays the Pirlo role when he's in. He takes the ball up and distributes to the wings. He gets involved near the box quite often and is always looking to distribute. The hate for the use of Emerson is silly.

I think the penalty was spot on, however, the Red Card was pretty hard...

Like someone mentioned earlier, that same happened with Flamini, only he wasnt in the penalty area...

his was sticking his hand out, and it was going to hit the goal, penalty deserved

anyway, a bad 1st half and a better 2nd half, glad to see Ronnie back on track and scoring goals
Borriello wasnt good but wasnt bad either, he just needs to find his form... again..
Kaka... well he was tired but he still made good stuff
Seedorf solid,

Antonini, Bonera and Janku were all good
Maldini needs to sit on the bench and let Bonera-Nesta play
Inzaghi is just Inzaghi

That was a 50-50 penalty. We were given an opportunity to get back in the game, but football is like that.

Much better 2nd half...even if we played vs 10 men for most of it, and importantly, after we went ahead....though I do admit we played well in the opening minutes of the 2nd period, forcing the error that led to the PK...which admittedly, was rather soft...but these are the decisions we need to get in our favor at home, if we are to challenge for lo scudetto.

Kaka was the game-changer, as Pato was largely innefective...Pato needs to be played vs teams that open up...starting him was I think forced by Kaka´s fatigue...good decision to bring on #22 at the start of the 2nd half.

Good decisive changes by Carlo, and a well deserved result.

Can Cassano drop like he was shot one more time? He was playing like the grass was teflon, and his boots were covered in grease. Ridiculous.

Glad for the 3 points! Now for the merda to lose! FORZA ROMA!!
