Boriello is not what Yoan is. Boriello was never a world class potential and never will be a world class player. Also, he is not a young player like gourcuff. Boriello didnt had a buyout clause, it was 50-50 deal.

I'll be devastated if we would lose Gourcuff. Seriously, we need to do something about him. And if that means kicking Seedorf from team, then so be it. We should do anything. Anything.

By the way, is there any source in internet that mentions our interest in Clichy? I'm so curious to read more of that.

Curious about something, the players we gave away on loan/sold in the last 2 years have all been good at their respective clubs:

- Boriello (Genoa)
- Gourcuff (Bordeaux)
- Oddo (Bayern)
- Gila (Fiorentina)

maybe we are in need of a change of coach, 'cause all of our players can't seem to perform consistently anymore

2 hypothesis:
- they are not "Milan material" (not that they are not good, WC, or anything else, just that they can't play in our current system)
- it's not easy to take a place in our team nowadays

Borriello: probably the two hypthesis, when he was in Milan some years ago, he wasn't enough good to play I think, and anyway he had only a few chances to play.
Oddo: clearly the first hypothesis, he never played as well as in Lazio and his form declined regularly ...
Gila: the first solution but also a bad management, he was good with Sheva (so he was a kind of new Pippo), but when they sold Sheva and bought Oliveira who failed, Gila was propulsed as our main striker and also as a sacrified striker (to allow Kaka' to shine).
Gourcuff: Clearly the second hypothesis, he had almost no chance (even in his first year, he didn't play a lot).

Anyway, we have to take care about this problem because if other new players can't manage to play in our system, then we'll have some trouble to find new players as they will probably be afraid by all these examples !!

so, we should change our system...

Gila and Oddo are very good players before they came to Milan. Gila was Italy's most talented young striker back then and Oddo was one of Italy's best right back.

We destroyed them, especially Gila.

It's a great shame to destroy somebody such as Gila and then let him go. Until now I'm wondering why a great striker like him wasn't able to shine here.

If the situation continues, no matter how good the players we bring, they'll end up like a trash.

Flamini is 2 times player Ambro is, but Amvbro is a friend with Carlo.

And how long you guys need to realise Ancelott is a joke, 200 seasons?

It was visible 5 years ago, only thing that saved Milan was absolutly stunning class of the players we had back then.

Gila, Oddo, Gourcuff - all ruined coz they lost psichological balance and winning mentality as they lost confidence. Same now happens with Flamini. Boriello will never be world class forward, but Carlo also ruined him as much as he could. Now he started playing him in Pato's place untill ( luckily for us) Borri got injured and Pato step in. if Borri was fit Pato wouldnt start half the games he did.

You think that, if we can registen T.Silva now, and Nesta is fit, you think Carlo would take out Maldini to play Silva? Or MArek from LB to play Silva on the right and Zambro on the laft - no way. The man would be reserve and would wanish in one year.

Confidence is something coach must built into players. And in Milanello we have circus, not training camp.

Time always showes which coach and player is good and which is crap or a coward/looser. And time has shown it in here.

Today Man City supposedly made an offer of 100 million euros for Kaka (15 million a season for him).

Berlusconi says, "I hope Kaka will stay".

Source: gazzetta

I think we will sell him this year, and just pocket the money. I don't think anyone will be bought.

Unless he gets a life changing experience like Legrotaglie, I don't think his behavior is gonna change. He doesn't seem to have a winning character, just like Cassano

The latest news about Kaka's saga..

I agree especially with the last paragraph. Last year he said that in order to win serie A the team needs more than 11 top players. Another year of disappointment could be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

He's in prime age now, I think more than anything (including money), he wants to win more trophies, so I wouldn't blame him if in the near future, he'll consider his decision to stay in Milan

I really don't think Kaka will leave to Man City, esp, Man City is like 2 pts above relegation zone. If Kaka leaves for a club like Man City, he will not be playing in Europe at all, and playing with a whole bunch of 3tier players. If Kaka leaves this summer, it will be for Real.

To be honest, I really think Carlo is gone after this season, as a new coach will help clear the old blood, but I really can't think of a Coach that is good enough to lead Milan while at the same time will always say YES to Galli and Berlu.

Ideally speaking Capello or Lippi will be great at Milan, as they will have respect from the players and most importantly would have enough respect from Galli and Berlu to not interfere with the team.

I can see us doing a Barcelona this off season, where Carlo will be gone, Maldini will retire, Favalli and Emerson will leave, Sanderous and Sheva will return to their team, Viduz and Seedorf will be sold.
As T.Silva and Mexes(most likely) but with the recent Lucio rumor, I guess it will be Lucio instead, and Abate coming back from loan to form the new defense.
Gourcuff coming back to support the midfield, and Adraino coming in as another striker.
