Actually, what happens nowadays could be:

- the end of Kaka' in Milan if he accepts the offer, and probably a big loss on his image (message sent: I love money by going to MC, the contrary of what he always claimed), a bad sport choice too and no way for him to win any individual title for years ... for us, a disastrous end of season because that would be a message for all our players: loyalty doesn't count anymore (what will think Gattuso for example about that ? He wanted to go, but they convinced him to stay, he was decisive before his injury because he was motivated again, but if Kaka' leaves, that means he could leave too, every speculation would be allowed).

- the start of a new adventure for him in Milan, if he turns down this offer that seems to grow each day (100M, 120M, 150M, what's the next price ? And just thinking about that, if the price grows, that means we refuse the offers ? Right ?), because that'll send a message to Real Madrid and other clubs (Kaka' can't go) and I think that then, no other club will be able to offer such an amount of money so all offers will be turned down, it will also be a great win for his image (I can resist to anything for Milan) and probably a boost for the team that felt they could have lost their genius ...

Not if Man City also offer other 100M too, like Irba, C7, Messi, Drogba, Chellini, Buffon, Terry, Ramos, Cesc, Gerrard, Torres, Villa, Senna, Toni, Lucio.....

Am I one of the few here that is actually enjoying all this Kaka's saga.

A very well said comment by Seedorf. I'm not a fans of his football lately, but this guy is very eloquent, his choice of words also from many interviews in the past assured me that he could be very useful in the club management.

And speaking of Kaka, don't you think it's time for us to make a petition to ask him to stay? Kaka has made clear a couple times how he loved Milan.
