ANother reason why Galli and Co is keeping quiet might be b/c they are thinking of ways to make Kaka truly untouchable as they are afriad if they reject the deal, Man City might come in with 200M pounds.

The thing is, I have complete faith in Kaka staying in Milan, if he is to leave it will not be b/c of money, it will be b/c he is force to leave.

As for the tears thing, maybe tonite will be the day Kaka becomes Captain of Milan.

Maybe I am wishful thinking alot but we are in the dark just as everyone else so why not have faith.

Something just hit me, remember weeks ago, there were allegations against Berlu about match fixing.... could the selling of Kaka means Berlu and CO knowing something will happen to Milan this summer?

I don't know if it's been picked up in here, but Ancelotti is quoted as saying something like "I have no say in him going or staying. I'm the trainer, i just train the players". This to me sums up everything wrong with the club. The guy in charge of the squad has no say on who he can keep, sell or buy. Completely ridiculous.

I think he's gone and we've clearly forced a loyal player into leaving, which is the lowest of the low for Berlusconi & Galliani.

calciomercato is reporting Agger deal is done at 7.5m euros though it's yet to be confirmed.

say he does go and we have about £110 million. We won't spend all that clearly. Dreams of Messi will not come true, they wouldn't sell him full-stop. The only player we can really get similar to Kaka is Arshavin. If his price of around £15 million is to be believed then he'd be a good alternative.

Some reports are already lining up the players we could get, including Clichy, Alex, Essien & Adebayor.

No Adebayor,he suckes he doesnt score the goals he made last summer was because of his team and Arsenal fans were still bashing him for missing to many goaloppurtunities despite he netted 30 goals or something like that.

This season he is missing everything,he sucks.

Essien:greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat
Alex:Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaat
Arshavin:NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

What Berlusconi seemed to have said is:
"Difficile fare restare uno che va a guadagnare certe cifre. Noi non possiamo aumentare il suo stipendio, che è già al massimo livello. Se lo facessimo dovremmo aumentare a tutti e ciò non è ovviamente possibile. Comunque sul trasferimento del brasiliano ancora non è deciso niente ed io spero rimanga."

"It's difficult to make staying someone who can win all that money. We can't increase his wage, it's already at maximum here. If we were doing so, we should increase everyone's wages and it's of course not possible. Anyway, on this transfer, nothing is decided yet and I hope he'll stay."

THanks for the translation. Thats another thing that bothers me, the British are claiming this this and this due to selective translation.

From what you said Geo, Berlu did not say anything about Kaka is leaving and that he is planing to sell Kaka. All he said was he can no longer compete with all that money. Most importantly, nothing is decided. The thing is Berlu should not be talking about Milan's transfer as he is the head of state in Italy, Milan's transfer is the least of his concern.

Tuttosport reported what Buffon's agent said: In front of such an amount, we would evaluate the situation too.

If it's true, I don't like that at all ... For me, Buffon has to end to Juventus now (I would have prefered in Milan but since he didn't come and even stayed when they were in Serie B ...), as have to do so Del Piero and some other guys. They are current Juventus. So if even Buffon could go, it's an open door to Man City and other very rich clubs to buy all the best players and hot prospects from Serie A !! Kaka', Buffon, Chiellini, Santacroce, Di Natale, Hamsik, Lavezzi, Pato, Milito, and every other strong players from other teams (Cassano, some Inter players like Maicon, Ibra and others, Gattuso, Giovinco, Gilardino, Mutu, Zarate, Pandev, etc).

Yes but I think it's a strategy (again): Galliani is our president nowadays, Berlusconi is at the head of Italia and is some kind of criticized ... it could be a good plan for them if Berlusconi doesn't want to come back to Milan: he says the "bad news" (Galliani still said nothing), he'll be hated, and when Galliani will reinforce the team with the money, he will get some praise (at least a little praise ? lol). This way, Galliani could be legitimated at his role. Totally political there ...

PS: Again my imagination ...

Thats actually what I told one of my friends to F off last night. He is a Pool fan and he believes that Gerrard sold even for 100M pounds. I told him that first of all, Pool is run by two American Business men whom are not football fan, second even if Gerrad is that loyal, people around him will make him listen to the offer b/c it is just too good to just say NO, third and lastly, if Kaka really go to Man City, others stars and clubs will follow suit b/c they can say that, as goodie goodie of a player Kaka is, even he said yes, so how can I say no.

Thats why, I think the whole Football world is wishing and hoping Milan and Kaka stay together b/c if Kaka leaves for 120Mpounds, no players in any club is save.
