Ricardo Kaka Thread

That's if City ever really that interested in Kaka. The hype is getting ridiculous IMO. Who knows this is just a hysteria made up by the media? But I agree with your point. If City is going to make a winning team, they need to do it gradually, adding two or three urgently needed pieces every season. Once they're strong enough, it will be easier for them to lure the real thing like Kaka

FOR now, as of this moment, I would say here are the facts:

1. City made a huge offer(the exact amount is unknown), but it must be huge
2. Someone from the Kaka's camp(most likely his dad) and someone from MGT(most likely Berlu) are being tempt about the offer. On a true conspiracy theory, Berlu might want to start a good relationship will the owner of City and his friends due to political reasons and thus letting Kaka's decide instead of saying NO right away.
3. Kaka wants to stay in Milan and retire in Milan.
4. Every player whether they know Kaka or not is saying Kaka or any other true superstars in that matter should not join City.
5. Kaka is still a Milan player.

Those are the facts sofar, if you ask me, I think the media is making Kaka's dad into someone who only cares about money and not the happiness of his son. Which to me is quite unbelievable as children often is a reflection of their parents and if Kaka's dad is like that, how can Kaka be so loyal and not money hungry?

If I have to draw conclusion now, I think this is just a huge media circus, Kaka will stay at the end, Berlu and Galli will come out as heroes and Kaka's dad will be look upon as the evil person who only wants money instead of the well being of his own son.

I know Gabriel489, I know what you mean. I hate to tell you this but remember the exchange of blood when he married his wife? The truly religious don't see things like you or I. If his father rightly or wrongly believes the City cash will fund the family's Christian cause once Kaka retires, he might tell his beloved son to choose God and sacrifice his career.

If thats the case, Berlu should ask Benedit to talk to Kaka, or we should all protest at the Vatican

I haven't heard about the exchange of blood, but didn't Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton do just the same thing?

Yes I have heard of that..hate to think what those two were up to then.. I am inclined to believe "the exchange" which took place between Kaka and his wife was more..shall we say elegant and religious?

Well, it is elegant and religious, it doesn't happen often these days. I still believe that even if Kaka decides to leave, money will not be the main reason. Perhaps we should do what Gabriel suggested: ask Vatican to protest this wretched thing, though I doubt those money-oriented people will take heed

iv just thought, if Kaka goes he cant play in the Uefa cup can he as he will be cup tied, also Man city are not in the Title reace and they have been eliminated from the FA cup so he wont have any cup games to play.
